The beautifully furnished air conditioned living area comes with a flat-screen TV, queen- sized sleeper sofa and complimentary Wifi. The Master bedroom features a king-sized bed, high speed ceiling fan, and TV with an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, wall unit A/C and access to a full bathroom off the hallway. This is a very comfortable space for four people. This was a beautiful property, nicely updated and well equipped with anything we needed (maybe mention on the site that the beach chairs are in the bedroom closet). The view can't be beat!! Hands down, the nicest VRBO we have stayed at.

We loved this condo. The location is so amazing and it is chock full of amenities. The pool location was amazing (could be warmer). Sunsets on the wrap around lanai were the highlight of our day. The kictchen had everything we needed. There were tons of beach supplies. The access to the neach next door was so nice. Our host Tracy was so kind, responsive and helpful. Our only complaint was that there was some presense of rust and mildew which irritated our allergies. For others it may not be an issue.

House supplied with everything and organized.
Tracy went above and beyond bringing a coffee grinder for our Kona coffee after one at the condo gave up the ghost.

Location, location, location. Amazing ocean views. Very clean and well appointed. Tracey was an amazing host. Hope I'm fortunate enough to stay here again in the future. I highly recommend this beautiful rental.

This is a lovely apartment with comfortable furnishings. Having breakfast while watching the early morning surfers was a great way to start the day and the sunsets the best way to end it. Be aware that there is no AC in the main bedroom and it can get a little stuffy. Seriously, that was barely an issue and our stay was wonderful. If we make it back to Big Island again, we'd definitely stay here again.

Right on the water, we really enjoyed watching the sunsets and the surfers every day. It was within walking distance to Da Poke Shack, which had some of the best poke we have ever had!
Primary bedroom did not have AC which would have been a problem had there been more than two of us. Other than that the condo had everything that we needed for our short stay. It could use some fresh paint and updating but overall a nice place to say.

This is an excellent condo in a great location. It felt like we had the entire complex to ourselves. The pool and hot tub was never overcrowded. It is fun to watch the surfers all day! Thank you! We will be back for sure!

This trip was a gift to our elderly parents who always wanted to see Hawaii. The view and the recliners in the living room just fit the bill. They enjoyed watching the surfers and the boats. The location of the unit was perfect for our daily excursions and the security features of the complex helped them feel safe.
My only concerns was that my mother in law fell immediately on the steps on the living room and cut up
and bruised her legs pretty severely. She didn’t need stitches but it was fairly traumatic for her and limited what she could do during our visit. The little brown rugs may not be enough visual warning- I’d put bright tape down or something- maybe it was just our group that had a problem.

We stayed here for all of our first visit to the big island of Hawaii. It was a great property with a breathtaking view. All four of us enjoyed the stay and the reasonable pricing and it is conveniently located to all Kona has to offer. Highly recommend this unit.

We had a great experience here! The morning view of surfers to the evening sunset views from balcony was spectacular. The full glass wall in living room to the glass door balcony gives you really wide view of ocean right from your living room and kitchen. Kitchen was well equipped too for us to cook. Location is really nice as well.

Enjoyed 3 great weeks at this very well equipped condo. Right at the oceans edge. We totally enjoyed watching the surfers every morning from the lanai. Spotted whales, turtles and dolphins and watched the sunset every evening. Great wrap around lanai so you can have sun or shade as desired. The condo is a little aged but well maintained. We received quick response to one issue. With the 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms suited our family perfectly.

Banyon Tree was ideal: morning coffee on the Lania watching the surfers below, easy access up and down the coast. The condo was extremely well equipped, with good kitchen, beach & snorkling toys, even a good first aid kit.

I loved hearing the waves crash and appreciated that they provide so many basics for the stay (soap, first aid, beach toys and chairs, laundry detergent, etc) The location was so close to all Kona has to offer and the reserved parking on site made it SO easy. Some parts of the condo didn't feel quite as clean as I had hoped, but I have incredibly high standards with cleanliness and mostly attribute any "not as clean" areas to living right on the coast with the salt water and sand just being brutal on the property. I stayed there with my husband and two young kids and would absolutely stay here again!! Thank you!

Staying at Tracy's property was a dream! We could wake up each morning and watch the surfers from the lanai. The condo was very well stocked and very comfortable. The location was super close to the Ali'i drive (but far enough away that you were removed from tourist traps).

Our 16 day stay in Nov 2022. Beautiful views from the condo. Very clean; plenty of linens; quick response to urgent repair needs; well equipped kitchen.
The night time noises from the public park next door were extremely annoying while trying to sleep with the windows open. People fighting, arguing, partying, loud music, smoking at 2 am!!The park's outhouse right under bedroom window was stinky, then when the crew emptied it twice in 16 days, the horrendous STENCH filled up the entire condo. GROSS! Having windows on the north side of building was great during the day; obnoxious smells and noise at night. Traffic from Alli Dr also loud and constant. Elevator didn't work for 3 days. This made it very difficult for our elderly guest. The community pool needs umbrellas. No pool activities after 1pm as direct sun just too hot and direct. Other resorts are able to provide umbrellas at their pools. Why not Banyan?
Nothing can be done to correct some defects, but it does affect the condo's value and desirability.
Some repairs that we didn't report to mgmt during our stay: hall bath shower door needs to be secured to the bottom rail. Primary bath toilet is loose at the floor; ice maker works sometimes.
Considering the nightly rate all furnishing need to be updated including living room, dining room and "taco" bed in the guest bedroom. The wrap around lanai furnishing could be better utilized. The unit doesn't need 2 dining room tables.

The condo worked well for 2 couples. We cooked a lot and had good supplies for that. The view and proximity to the water was awesome. We watched surfers almost every day and even saw whales and dolphins.

We could not have found a better location for our family vacation in Kona. Perfect if you are looking for an ocean front condo. So much fun watching the surfers all day and the sunsets and crashing waves at night. Very clean, well stocked and perfect size for 4-5 people. It was also so nice to be able to prepare meals in the kitchen. We were very comfortable there and will no doubt be back. Parking is just below, making it easy to access your vehicle. Can’t wait to go back!

The Big Island and our stay at Banyan Tree 200 was the last leg of our vacation and the stay at the Banyan Tree complex was excellent. We love the smaller complex feel and the unit and view were outstanding. That full picture window when you walk in and see the waves and surfers right outside were amazing. The unit had everything that we needed and was a cozy and inviting place to come "home" to after a day of exploring the beautiful island. The location itself was great close to town, grocery stores and main roads to get around. We plan to return one day to the Big Island we we would once again stay at Banyan Tree complex.

My new favorite home on Kona!
The views are amazing. A/C made a world of difference. Yes, the public access to the beach is right there, and all sorts of people come and go. Hot tub was awesome and the waves after the storm this weekend were off the chart. So fun to watch the surfers. Seems to be a well known historical spot for the locals. My husband is a smoker and met some really cool people hanging out in that park. Everything was perfect - even the street noise from the back bedroom was not bad. Covered parking was so convenient and much appreciated along this strip. Conveniently located for access to Magics and the main town. Tracy and Kona Realty are so great to work with. Banyan Tree is THE place to BE!

The beachfront and ocean view was amazing. The place was clean and perfect for our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Banyan Tree. The condo had a wonderful view of the ocean with surfers riding the waves during our morning coffee on the Lanai. The management team was very responsive to our needs and recommended a great place the Coffee Shack where we ended up going twice.
