These two Modern Luxury condos with a combined 7 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms are the perfect solution for large families or groups looking to spread out and enjoy two separate homes in a prime location in Newport Beach - less than a block to the sand and ocean with no street to cross between you and the beach. The top includes a 5 seater hot tub or a large rooftop deck that has a second 5 seater hot tub. Both of these beautiful outdoor spaces also have a barbecue and lots of seating options so you can enjoy your meals outdoors as well as in. Step outside either front door and you are just a short stroll away from the Newport Pier and Newport Beach Boardwalk with several restaurants and bars.You can easily continue on The Boardwalk to the Balboa Fun Zone and the Balboa Pier. If you want to see the World Famous Wedge body surfing beach, you can continue all the way to the end of The Boardwalk, while enjoying the gorgeous ocean views. The front unit is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath 1400 square foot condo that features a spacious great room that includes a living room area with lots of comfortable seating, large flat screen TV, and a gas fireplace. You open the sliding glass doors to a patio dining area for 6-8, and on the other side of the Great Room is a modern gourmet kitchen with a bar, high top bar stools, and top of the line stainless steel appliances. You will have everything you need to satisfy your culinary needs. This home has a Cal-King master bedroom with a private ocean view balcony and a full en suite bath with both a spa-like shower and a 5 seat outdoor hot tub. Two additional queen bedrooms on the second floor share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Each bedroom also has a large flat screen TV. With a queen pull out sofa in the family room this home comfortably sleeps 8 in beds. The back unit is a 4 bedroom 2 and two half bath 1450 square foot condo with a first floor bedroom that comes with a queen pull out sofa as well as an adjacent bathroom. The great room is on the second floor and boasts a large living room area with lots of comfortable seating (with pull out couch), a gas fireplace, and a large flat screen TV, a dining area that seats 8 accompanied by a kitchen bar with high-stop stools, and a gourmet kitchen with gorgeous stainless steel appliances. On the second floor you will find both a Queen Bedroom and a King Bedroom that share a Jack and Jill Bathroom. A Cal-King master suite is located on the 3rd floor and includes a large flat screen TV, a custom designed bath with a soaking tub, a large walk-in shower. Just outside this Master Bedroom, you will find the large rooftop deck with a 5 seater spa, a flat screen TV and lounge area. This home comfortably sleeps 10 with a fold out couch in the living room. To begin with, they gave us the wrong codes for the doors and they didn’t work. We stood outside unable to enter the unit. We texted and called and finally someone came out and opened the doors for us. I gave it 3 stars for cleanliness because the carpets were soaking wet and they stayed wet and smelled musty for four days. There were only four full bathrooms so I think the description was not accurate. Also, there’s were only six bedrooms not seven. The downstairs room in the back unit was not really a bedroom. It had a sofa bed, but it was freezing (no heating at all) down there and reeked of mildew and was uninhabitable. The 6 bedrooms were nice but the king size bed in the master suite in the back unit did slant tremendously. It really felt like you were rolling down a hill. What I found strange was the Jacuzzi maintenance guy had the key code and came in when we weren’t there. He left the hose on one day and when we came home, the Jacuzzi was overflowing. I texted Vacasa and they said no one had been in the unit. But a few days later I was in the unit by myself, and the Jacuzzi man let himself in again. He announced himself, and came upstairs to work on the Jacuzzi. I don’t think it’s appropriate for someone to enter the unit while I’m staying there. Our valuables were out and that’s really suspicious. It was a nice location close to the beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants and local sites.

We rented 2 units for 15 people for our kids & their families. It was beautiful, steps from the beach & close to Disneyland. The 2 jacuzzis were a bit hit & there was plenty of space for everyone!

This place is located perfectly. It is right in the middle of everything. You are five minutes to Sanchos, The Pavilons, Jacks Surf shop and the pier. 1 minute to the sand. The place was clean and nice. It is as advertised. The beds were not super comfortable and I have a feeling pretty old because both master beds slanted to each side. Patio A was great. The jacuzzis would have been nice but they were not very clean and not much water in them. I was told they get cleaned on Wednesdays and we got there on Friday. Beach chairs and toys were a plus.
