Enjoy year-round fun at Indian Lake in our renovated 1938 cottage with fresh vintage decor, an open floor plan, and a large deck with open water views. Everything is provided just bring your personal items and relax! This 2 bedroom 1 bath with a pull-out queen sofa and 2 open living areas offer plenty of fall and winter activities for the family such as fishing, sking and tubing at Mad River Mountian, horse back riding at Marmaon Valley Farms, hiking, kayaking, disc golfing, and trout fishing in the Great Miami River. Many local restaurnts with live weekend entertainment. Located across the street from Old Field Beach and the walking/bike path. 4 Bikes and 2 kyaks are provided along with a fire pit. Also nearby, you can enjoy spending a day in Bellefontaine and pursue local boutiques, and eat at unique restaurants.

This renovated, adorable Indian Lake cottage is in a great central location! We stayed here to visit family at the RV park next door and very happy with everything. From communicating with the owner to having everything we needed in the house we had no issues. The owner even left us a gift basket! Highly recommend!

Surprised my wife with a stay and day on Indian Lake and she loved it. The location was perfect with easy access to the bike trail trail, restaurants, grocery and marina. The house was immaculate, very nicely decorated, updated and comfortable. Appreciated the bikes and kayaks that were available. Look forward to another stay at this residence and more time on the lake.

Girls trip with my mom and her best friends. We all absolutley loved the house and said we would stay again. Great location across from the lake and walking path/bike trail. Gorgeous view of the lake. Loved the bikes and kayaks available from the owner. The owner even had a cute little welcome gift with a pancake mix and syrup with some extras and we had that for a wonderful breakfast. The place is decorated SO cute. Wish it was my home.

Jill's cottage delivered everything as promised. All the expected amenities were provided - cozy decor - spacious living areas. The backyard was fantastic with a great view of the lake. The nearby beach was perfect for swimming and the kayaks were an added bonus. Loved the welcome basket - especially the ballpark popcorn salt! Would highly recommend this place for anyone.

Overall great! Kitchen well stocked, plenty of pillows and blankets. layout was really good.

Great location, nice place. We had a great time. The kitchen was well appointed, we had a fire and made s’mores. My only complaint would be that there was a half filled water bottle on the floor next to the bed and a couple other things that made me think the cleaning crew might not have been perfect.

Would definitely stay here again! Jill went the extra mile to make sure our stay was the best. You couldn't ask for a cleaner rental that was also stocked with anything that you might have forgotten to pack. The location of the unit was also better than expected, it was so great to wake up to the view of the lake in the mornings.

This was the perfect home for a weekend getaway for me and my husband. The house had everything you needed and all the little details were much appreciated. We loved being able to get the bikes and just go right across the street to the path. The dogs were a little chatty but the bark box did help. The view from the back porch was lovely!

Very clean, great location . Could sit on the deck for hours! Boys had a great time kayaking. Jill was great with recommendations on what was going on in the area and very quick to respond with any questions.

Me and my friends stayed 2 nights in the cottage. The property managers was awesome and very responsive! The house is beautiful inside and the back deck with a view of the lake is beautiful. We loved being able to start a fire in the fire pit!

Very tastefully decorated with a vintage flare of the heyday of the area. Lots of amenities - well-appointed kitchen with everything anyone could need for a small to a larger gathering. We enjoyed sitting on the deck early in the morning and later on in the evening. Highly recommend this home away from home!

Very tastefully decorated with a vintage flare of the heyday of the area. Lots of amenities - well-appointed kitchen with everything anyone could need for a small to a larger gathering. We enjoyed sitting on the deck early in the morning and later on in the evening. Highly recommend this home away from home!

Loved everything about it !!! The house is wonderful. I had Easter dinner with my family and it’s a huge open concept of the kitchen, dining and living room all together so plenty of seating. The view of the lake from the porch is great. The beds are very comfortable, including the hide-a-bed sofa. Will definitely stay they again for the next holiday.
