Great house kids loved the game room with the PlayStations. The outdoor area was really nice pool and spa. Took advantage of the beautiful club house that was close enough to walk to. Host was wonderful with quick responses to any messages would definitely recommend!!!!

We had a great time!! House was clean and there was plenty to do at the house. Game room and theater room were awesome!!! Spent sometime at the Oasis clubhouse on the lazy river. Would definitely stay again!!!

Enjoyed the comfort of the house and all the amenities that came with the home. The game room had activities and gaming equipment that kept our teenage and younger family members busy and engaged. The adults enjoyed it, too. The theater room and pool were big hits as well.
There were adequate rooms, beds and bathrooms for our family of 15. This was the perfect setting for our family Thanksgiving gathering. The 10 seat dining table was perfect for 10 adults to sit together and the patio table set was good for the 5 kids. Another bonus was the upstairs loft TV and gaming area. The layout of the house allowed for us to bond together as a family which was our goal. Would not hesitate to book this house again if we are traveling as a large family group and we are in the area. It was great being able to have access to the Champions Gate Community Center restaurant, waterpark and all the amenities there. The only minor issue was the queen mattress was a bit soft for me and my husband. The others said there beds were fine . Definitely 5 stars!!!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property! The home is close to Disney parks, shopping, eateries . The club house is great and a plus with good food and plenty to do for both adults and children. The home itself was clean, very spacious and had all the comforts amd necessities of home . The game room was great for kids and adults ! The pool was clean and hot tub was relaxing after a a lomg day at the Parks. The host was very attentive and super helpful! We will definitely return! This property is beautiful, clean, beautiful decorated. The neighborhood is safe. The host is available for you at all time providing great quality service. I recommend this home, your friends and family will enjoy it. I would definitely consider this home as my go to home when visiting Orlando, FL. Thank you.

There were 8 of us, 4 adults, and 4 kids under 6. All of us had a blast!
BEDROOMS:
The themed rooms were awesome, they were well decorated and the kids loved them. They were so excited to pick their room, and tried to convince us to let them sleep in a different room every night! The beds were comfy, and the linens were clean and well kept.
LIVING SPACES:
Very well decorated, with lots of space for both families to occupy at once, or to have their own spaces. Furniture was clean and in good condition, decor was lovely.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils we could need. There were both kids dishes and adult dishes, which made things easy for meal time.
BATHROOMS:
As with the other spaces, all bathrooms were clean, well maintained, and had a nice neutral decor.
THEATRE ROOM & GAMES ROOM:
The theatre room was AWESOME! The kids loved it, the adults loved it, and it was fairly easy to use. The games room (converted garage) was perfect for entertainment.
POOL:
Lovely set up, outdoor lounge chairs and dining areas, and the spa worked well. The only downside was that we weren't able to use it the first day or so as it needed to be shocked multiple times due to the state the previous renters left it in (not the owners fault). This being said, the owner communicated with us promptly, and ensured we were compensated appropriately for not being able to use the pool.
RESORT:
We all had a blast at the resort, taking advantage of the theme nights and arcade. It was also very well kept.
OVERALL:
We would definitely return to this property, as it was wonderfully decorated, well kept, the owner was quick to reply and address any concerns, and it was a decent walking distance from the main resort!

This property is exactly as described. Clean very accomodations and host made process seamless and communication was great. We had a large group and everyone had plenty of space. The theater and game room is the best we have experienced thus far on vacation. Def would book this place again for next vacation

Wonderful stay
Clean and huge property! The movie theater room was amazing, the pool was warm and the decor was unique and kid friendly. Grill fee was too much for such a small grill, however the experience was great! Definitely will be returning in the future. The owner had great communication, making our stay super comfortable

Pool / hot tub was perfect and clean. We had zero issues with the house. The house had a nice Weber grill and full kitchen to cook whatever you wanted. The bed rooms were very cozy and decorated well! The only drawbacks I had was how close the houses were together and how others could listen to our conversations while in the pool area. Also the club house was nice but a pain to get into. No coolers and any other drinks were allowed. They limited the number of people to come in the community center. This was a painful experience for us. There was a bar at the clubhouse though. We do realize it was Memorial Day weekend and extremely busy. All in all, we loved our stay and our host. We would absolutely stay here again!
We went to volcano bay while we were here and it was 21 miles. With traffic, it was 45-60 min. Just so you have any idea about how close the house is to the parks!
