With the leaf, the table can comfortably fit eight and the granite island adds another four. Find quiet privacy in the primary suite, featuring a stately king bed, a walk-in closet, 47-inch TV, armchair, and direct access to the lanai. In the second bedroom, you’ll find a queen bed and a 32-inch TV, while the third bedroom contains two twin beds. A guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. WHAT’S NEARBY East of Hwy A1A, your prime location is a quick two blocks to the entrance of the St. Johns County Beach Access Walkover. Bring the provided beach gear and follow the charming boardwalk to a wide stretch of soft, white sand. Great for families, you’ll also find the Windswept Acres Park within a half mile. Pack a picnic and let the kids run and explore the playground. When dining out, excellent eateries can be reached in no time. Local favorites include Redfrog and Hazard’s (under a mile from your home) as well as South Beach Grill (within two miles). THINGS TO KNOW Beach chairs and pool toys are provided. Because this home is located directly off A1A, guests may hear noise from the road. However, this is mitigated to a large degree by a large brick wall, landscaping, and outdoor stereo. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 15 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
