A large prep area and/or eat-in island separates the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen island offers a drop-down to desk level for those that want to do a little 'work'. PRIMARY BEDROOM & BATH The spacious primary bedroom offers a king-size bed. The large primary bath has double vanities and a step-in shower with a bench, and separate wall and hand-held shower heads. BEDROOM 2 AND BEDROOM 3 The two additional bedrooms are queen beds. The bath for bedroom 2 has a tub-shower combination. A step-in shower is in place for the bath of bedroom 3. All baths have been updated. BEDROOM 4 Bedroom down the back hallway has two queen beds with a view of the pool and deck area. A 3/4 bath will be added to this bedroom.
