An expansive great room welcomes you and is detailed with a sectional and TV in the living room. The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops and a full suite of appliances. Two ocean-view dining areas offer plenty of space to enjoy meals or fun game nights. Two bedrooms have king beds and the third guest room has a queen bed. One full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, while the second bathroom has a large walk-in shower. All bedrooms and bathrooms feature premiere linens for ultimate comfort. Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air-conditioning. This property is located in a complex with multiple vacation rentals. All spaces within the complex, such as the grill, patios, and laundry area, are communal.
