Welcome to Sundown Colony! This 2/2.5 townhome is located right on the beach with breathtaking views! Enjoy a lovely Florida sunset right on the lanai or even take the pathway down to the beach to look for sharks teeth. Rent a golf cart to explore the island and check out all the local shops and restaurants it has to offer! and other shells! Lounge at the community pool or on the beach and enjoy the Florida heat. Be sure to check out the museum at the pass lighthouse to learn about the history of Boca Grande! Upstairs has both bedrooms. The master hosts a king sized bed and has a balcony with amazing views of the ocean! The second bedroom hosts 2 twin beds. Downstairs has the half bathroom, kitchen, bar and living room.

This townhome had the most beautiful view of the ocean and beach. The beach was never crowded - I think there were more sea turtle nests than people in this area. Super easy to walk right from the townhome to the beach. The townhome itself was very nice and had everything we needed. It was wonderful to have covered parking as well! I would definitely recommend this rental.

This property was well appointed and very adequate for our stay.
the air conditioning situation was a little frustrating as it got very warm in the evenings even with keeping the blinds closed during the day. It may get worse as the season heats up. Has anyone else ever tripped on those stepping stones to the beach? Part of me loved it and part hated those things. this property had a stunning view of the beach on both levels of the condo. Beautiful time. Will definitely return.
