Located in Brookings, this attractive house for £138 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. This charming home offers a nice place to settle in while you adventure the coast. You are close to it all; local stores, breweries, restaurants, and close beach access points. With a spacious backyard and fun activities to do while staying in, you may not want to venture out as often as you thought! Enjoy the fire pit, BBQ, and a game or two of corn hole. The neighborhood is mostly residential, however, you are close to other commercial businesses, restaurants, a brewery and local beach access points. This home is located in a residential and commercial mixed neighborhood. Specifically, a commercial business is located across the street from the home, it is a heating and air company so there is not much activity, we just want our guests to be aware before their arrival. Superfly Martini Bar and Grill is just down the road, walk or drive to enjoy great food and great service! You are also close to the local's favorite beach access/viewpoint; Chetco Point Beach Access is just .5miles away (about a 10 min walk from the home).

The house is nice and in a good neighborhood. That being said, the roof leaks, and there is black mold around the ceiling where it leaks and the ANTS make life and cooking a bit miserable.

House was clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with all cooking supplies and had plenty of towels. We enjoyed the backyard too. My extended family also stayed in the area at other rentals, and ours was by far the best for similar costs.

My husband and I and 2 of our adult children, their partners and our 2 month old grandson really enjoyed this home. There was plenty of room, the bathrooms were clean and the towels were plentiful. Thank you!

House is nice and as advertised it just smells damp and like mildew and we couldn’t air it out. All the bath towels smelled like mildew like they were washed and left in the washing machine for too long before being dried.

My wife & I stayed at this comfortable and conveniently located house for a week in late October for a quiet and relaxing disconnect from normal. All the amenities were as described, the main bedroom bed was so comfortable, kitchen well supplied and appointed, with many extras available for guests. We enjoyed the local and nearby beaches which were mostly deserted despite a 6 day stretch of absolutely gorgeous weather, sunny with temps touching the 70’s. The in-town location made getting supplies and enjoying the local businesses super easy, many within a walk. We had some 4WD problems right off the bat but found excellent same day service literally across the street. We actually cooked most meals in or carried out this stay so not much on the local eateries but the kitchen had most everything needed. We’d come back to Brookings and this property for sure - if there weren’t so many other great locations to explore. Thank you hosts for making our trip and stay memorable and without complications.

We enjoyed our stay here. Property was spotless at check in. Nice open layout. Nice backyard. Only suggestion would be a coffee pot with an automatic shut off feature. Seems very dangerous to trust renters to remember to turn it off. I would think most people have ones that have automatic off after so many hours or Keurig type makers.

We came for wedding. Hiked thru several redwood forest and saw several beaches. Harris Beach was great for tidal pools. The house was perfect and very clean. It was very close to everything we were doing. Never drove more that 20 miles for our activities. Would stay there again.

We felt like this home was close to everything we wanted to do and had everything we needed, plus extras that were helpful: the wagon for going to the beach, beach towels, coloring books and games to entertain the kids. Beds were comfortable and the home had plenty of space for our family.

The pictures are nice but don’t do it justice, our group was a bit of a mix and this rental met or exceeded everything we needed. We were out and about for a lot of our stay but when we were home it was super cozy and inviting. Wish we could have done the walk to the park a little more and I definitely recommend it especially when the little one rides in the wagon 🙂 It’s a quick drive to Fred Mayer which was so nice and even though there were businesses nearby we were never bothered by noise. Truly such a nice place to stay, hope to be able to book this one again!

Atargatis is a great house and a convenient location. There is lots of room to handle multiple people. We had a fire and played games in the backyard. The heat wasn't working when we arrived, but someone was there within 10 minutes to help us.

The place was clean and ready for check in. We didn’t get to use the outdoor space due to the weather. The air conditioners didn’t seem to work - but it could have been operator error. Overall, I would recommend.
