About this house rental

Located in Corvallis, this lovely house for £98 per night is a great option for your next break. This is a three bedroom home, on a quiet residential street, with decor inspired by European art. There is plenty of parking, a full kitchen, and a large bathtub for a romantic evening in. Whether you’re here for a Beavers game, for work, or to visit family, this is the perfect spot for you! This unit has a mini-split ductless a/c on the lower floor living area. The upstairs has a portable AC in one of the bedrooms. Keeping bedroom doors open will allow all bedrooms to stay cool. The second floor has three bedrooms with queen sized beds in each. The living room has two couches, one of which converts to a full-size pull out bed. There is also a queen sized air mattress available on request. There is a TV in the living room, equipped with Roku, so you can stream through your accounts. A full-sized kitchen with ample cookware and amenities, and a dining room with seating for six allows for family meals. A washer and dryer are freely available. Upstairs, there is a full bathroom with a shower and toilet/sink, as well as a full bathroom with a bathtub (no shower,) and toilet/sink. One half bathroom is in the downstairs. An outdoor dining area with a charcoal grill with tools, complete the space. Production and photography bookings are allowed, with an extra Production Fee and insurance. Please inquire. You have full access to the house, with the exception of the maid closet. The garage is off-limits too. You’ll have a digital code to access the front door. No keys to lose! There is room for two cars in the driveway, and unreserved, free, on-street parking too. We welcome all races, ethnicities, genders, orientations, religions. Upon booking, we will ask you for your license plate, drivers license, and phone number, which we will give to the complex’ management, should any emergencies arise. We will additionally have you sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement via Docusign, and ask for your ID and email address. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, with wildlife wandering the street. You’ll regularly see a flock of turkeys in the backyard, or deer walking down the street. The home is one mile from a plaza of grocery, restaurants, fitness, and shopping, and is two miles from the OSU campus, or downtown. A thirty minute drive to the top of Mary’s Peak. One hour from the beach, and an hour and a half from Portland. Perfectly nestled in the midst of everything Oregon has to offer.

Such a beautiful place! Perfect for a nice quiet getaway. Was able to communicate with the hosts with ease. Very friendly and let me host my baby shower at their place. The location was absolutely amazing, there were animals coming right up to the window to feed and it was so cool to watch. Overall a great stay, would definitely recommend, and book again!

My friends and I wanted a quiet place to spend the night away from our dorm rooms and this place was great! The house was very clean and Ellen was great with her communication. The beds were very cozy and we had all of the amenities that were needed for our stay. Overall it was a great weekend, would definitely recommend!

Nice community on the edge of Corvallis. Close enough to campus. Perfect location to view wildlife…deer and turkeys were cool to watch.

The property was great for coming and going over the graduation weekend. The kitchen had everything we needed. There is a walking path nearby that gave us a nice taste of the neighborhood.

This is a great place to stay. Very comfortable, clean, and well equipped, in a nice area. The one item I would mention is that the bathtub appears to be extra large in the photos. It is just a regular size tub - perfectly adequate, but not quite what we expected. We would definitely stay again!

The property worked out great for a weekend visit to catch some OSU games. Location was quiet but not too far from things, would definitely stay here again!
