Our stay was perfect! 5 couples, each had our own bedrooms with connecting bathrooms. We loved the outdoor space & outdoor kitchen! Hope to be back sometime! Monica was quick to reply to our questions. Don’t second guessing booking this house!

This was a very nice stay and the descriptions actually left out a few amenities like the ice machine, which made fishing from a boat awesome. This place was wonderful and had everything needed and more for our stay. My family and kids loved everything about it. The host was very professional and very quick to answer any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

We are a group of 10 mature adults who have been vacationing together for the past 7-8 years. One gentleman in the group deemed this home the best place we have ever stayed at and I think we all agreed. It was perfect for us, with plenty of outdoors space in and out of the sun. The pool and hot tub were great. 2 living areas with kitchens and sitting areas worked for our group and we were totally comfortable. The bedrooms and baths were comfortable and restful.
The location was so convenient to traveling in the Keys and we spent one day in Key West.
Monica could not have been any more helpful and responsive to our questions.
A very successful vacation in Key Colony Beach. We will certainly return to this little slice of paradise!

This property could not have been more perfect for our week in paradise. The host obviously cares for their guests with thoughtful provisions throughout the house. We visit the Keys regularly and will definitely book this property every time.

Great location and amenities. Pool w/spa. Outdoor grill/kitchen. Dock for your boat along with bait freezer, commerical ice maker, and bait station. Quick and access to gulf or atlantic with plenty of depth at low tide. We had three families with plenty of room for everyone. Kitchens upstairs and down made for easy setup of afternoon lunches poolside and nice dinners upstairs, extremely convenient. The property manager Monica went above and beyond in welcoming us to this beautiful home. We had two very minor issues during our stay and she was quick to respond and rectify. Strongly recommend this home for mutliple families who enjoy boating in the keys.

This property exceeded all of our expectations which were already high. This property’s interior layout was ideal for our 4 couple crew with three children. You will have everything at your finger tips and will quite frankly not need to leave the property unless if you just want to go out to eat and/or shop. We rented a boat for the week as my crowd loves to fish and snorkel. Access to the gulf and Atlantic was perfect! Looking forward to our next visit.

My family and I stayed at this property for 7 nights, 8 days. It was an excellent property with absolutely everything we needed. It was spacious and clean. The pool was amazing after a day of fishing! Monica (property manager) was always quick to respond to anything we needed and was a great resource to have. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy another stay!

We stayed at this property for a family vacation for 7 days with ages ranges from 3 years old to 70 years old. It couldn't possibly have been more perfect. Clean, well-stocked, spacious, great location. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions. Five stars!

This was a great place for a family vacation! Rooms for everyone and everyone has their own bathroom was a huge plus. The balcony is a great spot to enjoy a cup of coffee early morning. The pool/patio was so much fun and let us make fun family memories. This was a great pick!

Our family immensely enjoyed our stay at Costa Mar. The home filled our every need. The kitchen was well stocked, great location and very clean. We all enjoyed the pool (heated) and hot tub! We enjoyed our nightly bike rides with good quality bicycles. No detail was left undone here. We were exceptionally happy. our family looks forward to returning soon. Monica, the property manager was excellent and very accessible.

Activities nearby for all - golf, pickle, bikes, boating (we rented a boat that we kept at the home’s dock). Beautiful home. Large rooms. New and comfortable. We never felt crowded! If we ever needed anything, Monica instantly helped out! Great experience and we would happily return.

Our family came together from several different states to enjoy a delayed Christmas gathering. This house was perfect for family meals and pool time. With multiple areas to gather in the house everyone even got great one on one time with each other. Plus the Keys had so much to do! Thankyou

The house was beautiful and very clean. It was well stocked w basic items. Decor and appliances are very nice!! Outdoor living area was comfortable furniture and room for everyone in our group. Second full kitchen downstairs and extra bathrooms were a bonus. Outdoor shower and ice machine another plus.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property this year, and we have been thrilled! The layout is perfect for a large family with teenagers, and they have their own space downstairs, and we can all gather together by the pool or in the kitchen and dining area. It is the most well-stocked kitchen we have ever had in a vacation rental! They have thought of everything and the little touches left in the house were great. The canal access for our boat is easy and convenient to the Gulf or Atlantic side and the outdoor ice maker and freezer are perfect for fishing. We will be back! The only improvement we wish they would make is upgrading the bedding, especially in the primary suite.

Beautiful home, awesome location, everything we were looking for in a vacation home. Perfect for our 5 couples to spend some time together and to do some SCUBA diving. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. The house was amazing and offered so many thoughtful amenities, including toys, high chair, baby gate and pack n play for my kids. The pool area was simply perfect. We were able to cook a full thanksgiving dinner for 6 adults, and weren’t missing any cookware. Very impressive! Would recommend the home to everyone — truly special!

This place was better than advertised! There were 5 adult couples and there was plenty of room for all of us, with each couple having their own bathroom. The house is fully stocked with anything you could need. Having the dock in the backyard with the outdoor freezer and icemaker made fishing a breeze. Highly recommend!

This was the most comfortable and relaxing house we’ve stayed in. 5 couples and we each had our own space when necessary. Plenty of space to cook and eat together in the kitchen or by the pool. Monica responded quickly whenever I had a question before and during our stay. She even stopped by to collect my groceries from Instacart, which was one less thing for us to do upon arrival. All of my guest were so impressed by this home from size to decor to amenities. Thanks for a great time.

This house was amazing and perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room for all 8 of us. Room at the dock for both of our boats. Easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean for our daily fishing outings. What a great vacation!!

This is a truly exceptional vacation property that should impress the most discerning client. The house has amazing curb appeal and makes a bold statement from the street. The interior of the house is no less impressive. The interior is very well designed with an open floor plan and a sophisticated coastal decor. The upper level has multiple seating areas, a large dining table and an impressive kitchen with a large waterfall island and high quality appliances. The master bedroom is quite impressive with a spa-like en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The lower level is equally functional with a second kitchen, a large seating area, two bedrooms and a ping pong table. We spent most of our time in the outdoor entertaining area. The pool area is great with multiple chairs, umbrellas, a large hot tub and an ample outdoor kitchen. I would highly recommend this property for a luxurious and memorable family vacation.

This is honestly the best place we’ve ever stayed. EVERYTHING has been thought out in this home. The pool has inflatable toys that are age-appropriate tailored to our kids’ age, the game room has ping pong, toys for kids, tvs all around the house, outdoor kitchen, plenty of furniture and interior decorations throughout, the dock has a massive ice machine that never runs out, the deep freezer has bait, and the house had wine ready for us. It was honestly such a pleasure to stay and we definitely plan on staying again!

Beautiful Home! Very Clean! Everything we needed and more. Great Access to the Ocean and Captain Hooks Marina. Neighborhood watch was fantastic. Sunset Park was a favorite daily visit. GREAT communication with the Property Manager. She was kind and courteous! Look forward to returning again next year.

Family Trip
This is our second time visiting the Florida Keys, but first time taking our boat. The house was absolutely amazing and even more beautiful then the pictures on the website. The house had everything we needed plus more. The bait freezer and ice machine on the dock were a huge plus!!! The only thing I would recommend would be a new hose for the dock, which is minor. The property manager was so easy to communicate with as well as very responsive. My family and I would highly recommend this house! We hope to be back very soon and would absolutely stay here!

Perfect For Friends Getaway
House provided the perfect backdrop and location for our time in Marathon. What truly made it magical was an appearance from the large manatee family that travels the channel. We also caught a number of fish from the dock including mangro snapper, barracuda and even a tiny shark. Overall thoroughly enjoyed the property.

Had a fabulous vacation here! We two families with younger kids staying here and it was perfect! Plenty of space, lots of pool toys to keep the kids entertained when it was too windy for a boat rental. The two kitchens and outside grill were well stocked and space was perfect for everyone. Highly recommend this property!

The property is gorgeous and impressive upon entering, and the landscaping and outdoor areas areas are pristine. The pool and hot tub were lovely and the location was very good as well. We had our 24' foot boat and it was a great spot for us to get to the ocean or the Gulf easily via the Vaca Cut. The baths were beautiful and there was plenty of space for everyone. Incredibly clean and the kitchen was very well-stocked. My only comment is that it would be awesome if the bedding matched the quality of everything else. If they replaced the pillows, sheets, and blankets with something that luxury renters would appreciate, they would have a 100% package! Regardless, we loved it and will be back!
