Cannot be combined with other offers. Exclusions apply. This end unit Gulf front town home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and comfortably sleeps your group of 13. Alice's has new hardwood flooring, carpeting and all new beds. The 2 decks as well as the beach cross-over are also brand new. This home has been completely transformed! Upon entering, you'll find a light, bright great room that looks out onto the beautiful beach and Gulf waters. The large kitchen can comfortably fit multiple chefs and has a breakfast bar seating 4. There's plenty of room to gather in the spacious living area and around the dining table for games, TV viewing or gazing at the surf. The main floor also offers a bedroom with a queen and a twin bed, a full bath and full laundry. Up one flight is the Gulf front king-sized primary bedroom with en suite bath. You'll have a birds-eye view of the seagulls soaring by as you sip your morning coffee from the private deck. Down the hall are 2 more huge bright bedrooms, each with 2 queen beds and flat screen TV's. The third full bathroom completes this floor. You can get to the beach directly from your back door over the private dune cross-over. This makes it so easy to bring your beach gear to the beach and set up for the day! This property also offers a charcoal grill, a private hot/cold outdoor shower and parking for 4 cars. This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted. Minimum age to rent is 25. Spend your next beach get-away at Sweet Alice's Sandcastle collecting shells, relaxing, and maybe building your own sandcastle! NOTE: This property has a Saturday-Saturday 7 night minimum from 5/25/24-8/2/24. If your dates are not from Saturday-Saturday during this time, you will receive an error message that your dates are not available. FOR 3RD PARTY BOOKINGS ONLY, NOTE THAT SOME 3RD PARTIES CHARGE THEIR OWN SERVICE FEE. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THIS, AS WE ARE SEPARATE BUSINESS ENTITIES.

This property is amazing! The white sand, the clear, emerald waters! Even the shark we saw couldn’t spoil our feelings of bliss staying at this place!
The home itself was clean and bright. It could use a few cleaning supplies on hand , but nothing a trip to the dollar store couldn’t remedy.

Great location and access. Beautiful views great beach access and family friendly. Decks and walkways have been replaced since our last visit and they are wonderful!! Could use more cookware such as another big skillet, griddle and definitely need dish rags and pot holders. We had plenty of room for our family of twelve! We definitely recommend this property!

To many minor things wrong. Electric outlets, 2 toilets became clogged, big temperature difference in rooms, no protection from the sun on the porch ( had to purchase a big umbrella) appliances broken (again had to buy a coffee pot). The porch and the walkway to the beach is hazardous. We had a few people get splinters. Could've been worse with the protruding nails. There's alot more but these are just the things from the top of my head. 5th year we've rented down here in the last 7 years and never had problems close to this. Money isn't the issue but this is also by far the most we've paid. Not ideal for the cost

Good experience just very disappointed in condition of both outside decks and decks to beach . Rotten with holes and nails sticking up everywhere very unsafe for anyone .

We had a wonderful time at Sweet Alice's Sandcastle. Right on the beach - beautiful water - sunsets! The rental was perfect for all us gals 60+. Blue Moon took a call for a small item like hangers and Emily was there in 10 minutes. Hightly recommend Blue Moon and Sweet Alice's Sandcastle.

Beach house is in a great location. Navarre Beach is quite, friendly and definitely not over crowded. Property even had some extra beach chairs and floats. That we took advantage of.
We took great care to make sure we left the beach house in the same condition as when we arrived. Hope the owner will have back again. We had a blast.

Our stay at Sweet Alices Sandcastle was amazing. The views, beach and weather where perfect. Everyone enjoyed their stay. The only thing I would change would be the temp. In the house, it did get a little warm in the afternoons, but that would not stop me from returning. Hope to be back in the future.

Sweet Alice’s Sand Castle was perfect for our family vacation! It lived up to our expectations and beyond. This home was exceptionally clean. The kitchen is well stocked, and the bed linens and bath towels were fresh. It is nicely furnished and roomy. We especially enjoyed the view from the deck.
However, if anyone has mobility issues, this home would be difficult for them. Since it is built on stilts, there are steep steps to get to the first floor. We (the grandparents) were glad there were others to carry the luggage and groceries. Even with that help, we found the steps difficult.
