Every inch of this beach house was decorated by our professional design team to inspire relaxation and beach living.  Your kids (or your inner kid) will love the bunk room on the main floor and the loft upstairs. Your group is sure to enjoy a good night's sleep after a busy day at the beach.  Enjoy the large deck, the outside bar setup, the fire pit for sharing scary stories or making s'mores, and the short walk to the beach!  NOTE: Our cancellation policy will remain firm in all circumstances. Please ensure you are able to travel prior to booking, or purchase trip insurance to protect both parties. We can assure our guests that we will continue to be incredibly detailed in our housekeeping procedures, including the deep cleaning all surfaces and linens during the turnover of each home. Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps. Beach Access: 5 minute walk to Surfside beach. Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Must be 24+ to book. NO parties are allowed in our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip! Guests have access to the entire home, including the garage! We are always available through the Airbnb app when needed. Surfside beach is one of a kind! You won't find better surfing, fishing, or beach life in all of Texas! We're a close knit community, and guarantee you'll want to come back sooner than later! We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms. - Guests must be 24+ to book the property. - One-night stays must be approved. - Groups larger than 8 would need to be approved. We do not allow parties. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. - All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. - No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
