The Space: Once inside this uniquely situated hillside home, you are treated to lake views from the main floor's array of large windows. The open floorplan on the main floor includes living room, dining and kitchen. Making your way up the extended grand staircase you'll find private bedrooms at each landing. In the main home there are: 5 bedrooms total, 3 full bathrooms, two kitchens, and a laundry room. Main House includes: 1st Level - Living Room, Dining Area, Main Kitchen 2nd Level - Bedroom 1: Queen - Bedroom 2: Queen - Laundry room - Full bathroom with tub 3rd level - Bedroom 3: Master King - Full bathroom 4th level - Bedroom 4: Balcony room: King + Twin trundle daybed - Bedroom 5: 3 Bunk beds (6 twin mattresses) - Full bathroom - Kitchenette Outside: You will have access to a firepit and a private, sandy beachfront just across the street. There is a hot tub on the front deck overlooking the water, open year-round! In the summer months a dock and mooring ball will be available as well. This spacious lakefront home is 4,298 square feet in total. Guest Access: Parking: There is space for 4 standard sized vehicles in the front driveway. No garage parking at this time. Each of our properties has snow removal service scheduled to plow with each snowfall amounting to at least 3 inches of snow. If the vehicle you bring is not 4-Wheel or All-Wheel Drive, please be aware of the potential risks accessing the property when snow is present. The Neighborhood: Crystal Lake is considered to be one of the most beautiful lakes in northern Michigan. Other Things to Note: *Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.* A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $149 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $2500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay. Dogs are allowed with an additional fee, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please be advised that it is absolutely imperative for all renters to keep their dogs on a leash at all times. While we truly appreciate and value pets, ensuring that our furry friends are leashed or properly secured is of utmost importance to us. Please take your pup with you or kennel them when you leave the home. We cannot have lonely barking dogs left at our property. Please be considerate and clean up after your pet. DOCK: You can expect the dock to be available for use Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Please only use the dock for 15-minute loading and unloading of passengers. A mooring ball just beyond it is available for mooring between boat rides. Winds and waves pick up super-quick and can cause damage to boats and docks. There are no protective dock bumpers to prevent potential boat-docking issues.
