Welcome to Mountain Away by Adventure Awaits Stays, a luxurious 3-level log cabin with 4 ensuite bedrooms, 3 patios, a hot tub, game room, and outdoor fire pit. Located on a quiet street in Sevierville, Tennessee, just 12 miles from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, Mountain Away is the perfect place for families and friends to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Smoky Mountains. The cabin features: 2,400 square feet of living space Private hot tub and propane grill on the patio Pool table, foosball table, and large-screen TVs with satellite Dish service 2 king beds, 2 queen beds with ensuite bathrooms, and a twin over full bunk bed in the common space Fully-equipped kitchen -The kitchen is stocked for cooking and includes a Keurig and drip coffee maker. There is seating for 8 people in the dining area. Parking for 2-3 vehicles The cabin is located on a 1-acre lot with beautiful wooded views and an outdoor fire pit. You'll find plenty of privacy here, as Mountain Away is the last cabin on the right on Joyner Hills Lane. Mountain Away is not part of a resort or HOA, but you'll find a few other cabins on our street. Upon entering the cabin, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room with a beautiful electric fireplace, large-screen TV, and ample lighting. The living room offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The cabin has WiFi internet, and cellular service is available via major cellphone carriers. Mountain Away sleeps 11 people. Main floor: Queen ensuite bedroom with built-in jacuzzi Kitchen/dining area Living room 2 patios Upper floor: King ensuite bedroom Game room Lower floor: King ensuite bedroom Queen ensuite bedroom Spacious living room with foosball table and twin over full bunk bed Exit to outdoor fire pit and hot tub Laundry facilities and amenities: Washer and dryer Ironing board and iron Our housekeeping service provides start-up supplies: Paper towels Dish soap Dishwasher soap Kitchen trash can liners Toilet paper Hand soap Bathroom trash liners Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to bring additional supplies. Please bring your own toiletries. Private hot tub: Enjoy a relaxing soak in the private hot tub, which offers beautiful views of the surrounding nature. The hot tub can accommodate 3-4 people. Outdoors: You'll find 2 main-level patios with wooden rocking chairs and a propane gas grill with nearby comfortable seating. There is a covered lower-level deck with comfortable seating and a spacious hot tub with beautiful views. All patios offer stunning views of the natural surroundings. The patios in the back allow more privacy with beautiful lights and a calm ambience. Feel free to turn off the lights to star gaze on your nights. Pets are welcome at Mountain Away, at a limit of 2 dogs per stay. There is an additional fee of $150 per pet per stay. Please note that cats are not allowed. Please read the house rules upon booking. A security deposit and rental agreement signature are required upon booking. Please submit propane tank exchange receipts to your host for reimbursement if the tanks are empty. Couldn’t give this cabin any less than a 5!!! Perfect accommodations for our group. Bathroom for each bedroom plus a half bath. Gas grill and really nice gas fire pit.on the back deck.
The absolute only fault a 70yr old lady fixing to have knee replacement would have was not an easy area to take a pet to potty.
Love our time away and plan to book again next year maybe for a day or 2 longer.

The communication with the host is email only. We had multiple issues with the keypad entry throughout our stay. My husband had to assist the maintenance guy with installing a new keypad on the door. This problem took up several hours of our vacation. The bunk beds in the basement were not able to be slept on. We pulled the couch out in the baeement to be slept on and it was disguisting underneath it. Multiple bulbs were out throughout the cabin. Every remote needed batteries. Mirrors in the bathrooms were small. The hot tub was nasty. None of the outdoor furniture was clean. The deck needed to be cleaned. Bathrooms were extremely small. There were empty drink cans under the beds that were there when we got there. We feel that for the price, it wasn't worth it.

We had a great time! The house is centrally located near both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so it’s an easy drive to everything. So much to do we couldn’t do it all. The house was perfect for our group of 8 and we even got to bring our pups! Everyone had space and we even had a visit on our first morning from another furry bear friend. It was peaceful and relaxing to come home to such a great place with everyone we needed and wake up to coffee on an amazing deck. Hosts were so easy to talk to and extremely accommodating…we will stay again if we make it back to East Tennessee.

We had two families with 8 total people including 4 teenagers. The location was perfect with regards to PF and Gatlinburg. About a 20-30 min drive to both. The road to the cabin is narrow and winding so be careful going up and coming down. After one time, you get used to it. The cabin was clean when we arrived. The rooms and beds were enough to accommodate both our families. The fire pit is an added bonus. We brought our own wood, but you can buy bundles of wood in town if you want. We used the fire pit every night. The foosball table, pool table and cocktail table arcade machine were used quite a bit when we were actually in the cabin. Overall, it was a great experience. The cabin is nice, there is construction going on beside it so lots of trash surrounding the property. The cabin itself was clean aside from some bottle caps left on the deck. Wish propane tanks were filled by property manager instead of guests, after traveling no one wants to go back out. All in all though very comfy and cozy, would definitely return.

The property was clean and ready for guests. The layout of the cabin accommodated 2 generations of adults, plenty of room to be together or in small groups. The decks and furniture extended the gathering areas and provided excellent viewing throughout the day and night. The fire pit area was used extensively as the weather was unexpectedly warm and a fire added to the ambience. The location was secluded as desired yet close enough to easily visit Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

The easiest way to sun off our experience is two words.. EXTREMELY AMAZING! This cabin had everything, the location was great with a super steep hill which was quite fun going up and down especially if you drive a Jeep! The deck areas were large to fit our group of 8 comfortably. The hot tub was extremely relaxing after hiking to the nearby waterfalls!
Communication with the cabin owners was great, any questions we had were answered promptly and quickly.
If your looking for a great experience with a beautiful view and super cool cabin this is the place for you!

Great location and beautiful cabin. Plenty of space, beds and bathrooms for a large family. Everything was very clean, check in was so easy, they had everything you could possibly think of needing while you are there. We will definitely be back

This cabin was beautiful and in the perfect location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Most importantly they were a dog friendly cabin. The host was very good at communication and checking in to make sure things were going well. We are already planning to stay here again next year.

We loved our stay here! The home is lovely and the kitchen was stocked with anything you might need. Our group of 10 was comfortable and had plenty of room. All the bedrooms and bathrooms helped everyone to have their own space but the large deck and living room allowed us to all be together when we wanted. We had a wide range of ages and everyone had fun and enjoyed our stay! We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great cabin! It has plenty of space for a large family and has 4.5 baths. The back deck is so nice, with plenty of seating and a gas grill. There is a pool table and video games for entertainment and TVs in every bedroom. Our family really enjoyed our time here. The road going up to the cabin is steep but we had no problem coming and going. It is a few miles from East Parkway (Hwy 321) if you are interested in getting out and exploring. We would highly recommend!

Kids (and parents!) really enjoyed the video console with old classics, and the hot tub. Fire pit and decks provided multiple spaces to enjoy the outdoors. Excellent interactions with host.

If your looking for a quiet cabin away from the noise and the crowds this cabin is the perfect place. We were close enough to everything we wanted to do, but at the end of the day could come back and enjoy the peace and quiet of the cabin. The cabin is absolutely gorgeous, was super clean, great views and the hot tub and fire pit were the cherries on top to make this the absolute best choice for us.
Omkar, our host, checked in on us the first couple days to make sure everything was ok and when we had a question he got back to us right away. You won’t be disappointed it you stay here, we would definitely stay here again.

The cabin was a great experience. It’s definitely off the beaten path and secluded. The beds were comfortable and the cabin was clean.
Omkar provided excellent communication. I especially appreciated the check out procedures being sent right before we left so I didn’t have to search for it.

This beautiful cabin was perfect for our family vacation! The cabin was clean and comfortable and provided everything we needed. We traveled with 2 elementary aged children who loved the deck and the games. The location was secluded and provided quiet peaceful evenings, yet close enough to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge for day trips. Omkar was the most responsive host we have ever encountered and offered suggestions and answered all of our questions. He checked with us to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were happy with the house. We would definitely recommend this cabin for your family vacation!

This cabin is indeed very cozy. The property is very clean and well maintained. It's very obvious that Omkar and Monica have very carefully curated everything in this cabin to promote true family togetherness and relaxation. There is an abundance of things to do here, something to entertain each family member. We would love to stay here again in the future, and would recommend this to any of our friends. Great job!

This is the perfect mountain getaway house. Everyone had their own space and was extra comfortable. Will try to come again and will definitely recommend. 😊 The only problem was we wished we could stay longer.
