Large house on lake. More details to follow 6 bedroom 8 bath house on the main channel of the lake. Lake Wateree is a 21 square mile lake in the northern part of South Carolina. This home has magnificent views of the lake or view it up close with optional pontoon rental. Two marinas within 2-3 miles. First floor (2nd story) is elevated and contains the 2nd kitchen, game room including pool table, and bedroom with queen bed and single bunk w full bath. There is also a porch the entire length of the house with 5 rocking chairs and 2 bench swings. The main living area on the 2nd floor (3rd story) contains the main kitchen and dining area, a large living room with adjacent sunroom. A balcony off dining area is perfect for relaxing and viewing the sunset. This floor also contains the "bunk house" with 4 single beds and 2 double beds. The 3rd floor (4th story) contains the final 4 bedrooms. All bedrooms have full bath attached. Two half baths on the 1st and 2nd floor. Lake Wateree is a rural lake with less traffic. Depending on the time of year you'll have the choice of to up to 6 boat-up restaurants. Voted in the top 8 lakes in the state for fishing, with several tournaments annually. Boat 9 miles in one direction or 12 in the other direction. The Lake Wateree State Park is noted for bird watching and trails. Two catering companies available for delivery. 2 public golf courses within a half hour. Clay shooting 45 minutes away. Langford Canal Park (lily gardens, canal history, bald eagle nesting) 45 minutes away. Congaree National Park 1 hour 15 minutes away.

We had a ladies retreat here and space was great! Sleeps 20. Plenty of room. Beautiful sunrise and sunset!

The photos don't do the house justice. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. The modern furniture was absolutely lovely. There are two spacious kitchens and two large living rooms. There's even an elevator for moving heavy luggage and an ice maker. The layout and amenities of the house make it a real jewel for any large group looking for a bucolic getaway on the lake. My whole group can't wait to go back. Five stars!

Great location to accommodate our family for our daughter’s wedding. Trent promptly answered any questions we had to ensure our stay was perfect. Would like to return when we could actually enjoy downtime as the weekend was busy.

This place is gorgeous and spacious. It’s perfect for large groups who just want to have fun together. It has two kitchens and large bedrooms. The view from almost all the rooms is magnificent. Just sitting on the porch was relaxing. The jacuzzi was ready and waiting . My family raved about this place and our stay.

We just finished an amazing week at this house on Lake Wateree. Can’t say enough good things about it. We had 13 people among 3 families and never felt like we were on top of each other. Plenty of space to spread out indoors and out. Mid-July can be a little warm but the lake breeze and ceiling fans made it pretty comfortable most any time of day. With paddle boards and kayaks available to use without having to rent or bring with us, we were never short of things to do. Table tennis and a pool table in the air conditioned garage allowed the older kids to have a late night space without bothering everyone else trying to sleep. Roku devices on all TVs allowed us to log in to our streaming services and watch just about anything we wanted. Ability to rent the owner’s boat for whatever days we wanted was much easier to deal with than going through a marina. And the 150hp motor on the Tri-toon was plenty of motor for pulling the available tubes. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and has nice flat roads for walking or biking. Also, the owner was very responsive to our requests and questions. Excellent people to deal with.

This place was exceptional! Bathrooms for all bedrooms was so great. The elevator (once we figured out the sequence of steps) was so helpful for the 2 of us that are older with some issues. We had a storm and Trent contracted us before we checked in with him. Proactive! Was great! Got things back up and running asap. Would love to stay there again!!

We had a wonderful long weekend getaway for our son’s wedding. Plenty of room for all of our family. House was well stocked, Trent was fabulous and extremely responsive! Wish I could give them a 10 out of 5 ! We will be back!

Great property as described - property manager always responded immediately. We had a rehearsal dinner out in the backyard and the setting couldn’t have been more beautiful!

The home was exactly as described. More than enough space for our group and beautiful. We had to clean the grill before use, and the property could use some detail cleaning, but nothing bad enough to affect our stay. Great place for a large crowd and an amazing view!!

Our women’s ministry from First Baptist Camden had a fabulous weekend retreat at this beautiful home! The TWO kitchens are well equipped and made it easy to cook for a large crowd. A large open floor plan was perfect for our group sessions. The house is beautifully decorated and the lake view is incredible! Ample parking and just a short drive from Camden. We hope to rent this home again next year! Highly recommend!

The house and views are just amazing!! Trent was very easy to communicate with too. The house has everything you need plus lots of paddle boards and kayaks to use. It had plenty of room for our large group and everyone had a great time! We would definitely stay again! 100%

We had a wonderful time at this lake house. It was an excellent house and had plenty of room for our large group. It was well laid out and had all the amenities needed. The host was excellent.

Beautiful and Spacious Lake House
The house was beautiful, spacious and well stocked with everything you need. There were a ton of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. The view from the main floor is amazing. The host was a pleasure to deal with. A light bulb shattered in one of the bathrooms and he sent someone over first thing in the morning to clean it up and replace the bulb. Unfortunately, one of our guests smoked in their room (unbeknownst to me) and we lost our security deposit, but even with that issue the host was pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend this home for your lake vacation. Just bring lots of bug spray and be ready to drive a distance if you need to go food shopping. There is a Dollar General about 15 minutes away but it doesn't have produce or meats.

Great House For A Large Group
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the home. The house has plenty of space for a large group to spread out and everything you need for a vacation at the lake. Good location on the lake with great views. The owner was very responsive to all communication leading up to and during our stay.

Amazing property!
Our stay was wonderful. The property was better than expected! Beautiful lake views. A serene setting to host a friends or family gathering. Communication with Trent was easy and if we had any questions he was quick to respond. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful get-away!

Great place!
We were a group of 20 and all of us loved the property. The property has a beautiful view. The house is very spacious for large groups. Alot of space to hang out together or find your quiet space. Not much around for eating so plan your meals. Camden had many options and was only 20 minutes away. Would definitely go back!

Amazing property with brilliant view!
We loved everything about our stay. Instructions before check-in were helpful and accommodating, Trent was responsive and answered every question we had quickly and accurately. The house itself is amazing - perfect views of lake wateree, secluded, and quiet. Just be prepped to cook or grill bc there aren’t a lot of food options readily accessible :)
