Located in Lake Worth, this lovely condo for £105 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This charming well-decorated studio has a queen-size retractable sofa bed for a comfortable night’s sleep, yet it gives you more space to move around in the daytime. Yes, it’s a little studio apartment with a beautifully renovated kitchen with marble countertops, shaker kitchen cabinets, and brand-new appliances. The bathroom is equally elegant with subway tiles and a frameless shower door. But most importantly, this is not like a hotel room, but more like a little home away from home with your own private entrance, a private backyard with a gas grill, and your own laundry room. You also have cable and WIFI, in addition to a little work desk for those who may be in town for business. Coco Studio is nestled away in one of Lake Worth Beach’s most charming little neighborhoods known as Parrot Cove, which is a little Tropical paradise surrounded by old historical cottages all built prior to 1939. In fact, Lake Worth Beach has the largest concentration of cottages anywhere in Florida! Many of these cottages are painted in whimsical pastels, come in a variety of architectural styles, and are often draped by canopies of trees and other tropical flora. Downtown Lake Worth Beach is equally quaint with many popular restaurants, bars, and cafes. And if you’re a golfer, it’s only a five-minute walk to The Beach Club, which offers an 18-hole championship golf course that’s open to the public with many of the holes running parallel to the Intracoastal, offering beautiful views with a cooling breeze. Lastly, dine at Benny’s on the Beach, right on Lake Worth Beach’s own fishing Pier. And next door, you’ll find an old historical casino from the 1920’s, and although there is no gambling, the complex features a new oceanfront park, restrooms, and picnic facilities. This historical quaint little town may just become your favorite travel destination! House Rules: 1. As the responsible party and primary occupant of this rental, you must be 25 years or older. 2. Once you have reserved this property online, we require the following: 1. The responsible party will sign a rental agreement, which includes filling out a list with names and age s of all occupants (this will be emailed to you). 2. The person responsible for the credit card payment will be required to email us a photo of their driver license or passport.

Reviewer Comments: Not only is this holiday apartment a clean, calm and safe place to stay, it is equipped with quality accessories and it has an amazing management team. The property management personnel, including the owner, are very supportive and welcoming people. Their respond time to my inquiry or any concern, was as quick as within a minute or two. In fact, I felt at home in my first 6 days, that I had to extend my stay at Coco Studio - to another 2 weeks.To crown it all, I mislaid my credit card before I left for my state, and the property owner reached out and informed me with a sweet text, that they found my Credit Card, and would like to mail it to me. I will not hesitate to rent at this property next time. Fellow travelers/vacationers, you will not regret staying at Coco Studio, during your next vacation. Try it!

Excellent accommodations at this small bright and modern studio. Kitchen is perfect with all one needs for small snacks or cooking a meal on the stove. Space is very functional w a full kitchen setup: refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker (w coffee - thank you(!) and microwave! Shower is sumptuous, nice big towels, so much appreciated. Pullout sofa bed is your bed, so it’s cozy. We would stay here again as the neighborhood is adorable and felt very vibrant and welcoming.

Very nice and chic studio apartment, with high end appliances, very tastefully renovated in a modern style. We enjoyed the outdoor patio, which is private and a calming, a serene place to have a cup of coffee or breakfast. The studio is close to downtown but in a quiet part of Parrot Cove. There is a large refrigerator and a dishwasher. The studio is light and airy, with excellent cross ventilation (we only needed to use the air conditioner a few times). Predominant decorating scheme is white with some earth tones as accents. The owners have thoughtfully and masterfully designed a small space that is perfect for a couple or single person who plans on spending much of their time outdoors. One thing to note: the bed is a pull out couch, but it is a high end leather couch and pulls out to a very comfortable and supportive bed (they also have a topper) and we had no problems having restful, comfortable sleep. We just left the bed out while we were there and made up, rather than closing it each day, and this worked well for us. Others might want to close the sofa bed daily, but frankly it works very well just left open. We would definitely rent the studio again.

To the quality rentals provided by Stefani. I have now been in two units and both are so thoughtfully laid out with lovely decor and wonderful appliances. The units are super clean And everyone involved goes above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay!

It was a honestly a much better experience than I could have hoped for. The studio was clean and had everything you need from cooking supplies to laundry. The place had a backyard and a small terrace in front which my dog absolutely loved. All in all, it was a great experience.
