Cozy up this winter at Trillium Woods. Ladies weekend escapes, winter enthusiasts and snuggly couples love visiting this quiet cabin. Surrounded by majestic snow capped trees and the nearby K&P Trail, this fully heated modern decor cabin is located across the lane from Bob's Lake and is 45 minutes north of Kingston. It is fully equipped with an octagonal vaulted-ceiling pool room with large windows showcasing the great outdoors. The pool room hosts a 4.5' x 8' pool table and dart board and a large selection of board games, puzzles and dice are on site for those days it's just too cold to venture outside. Cook in the well equipped kitchen or relax with a glass of wine and a good book around the wood stove. We want you to relax, so kitchen staples, bedding, towels, hand and dish soap and firewood are provided. Fat bikers, snowshoers (4 pairs available for use) or snowmobile enthusiasts will love the nearby K&P Trail with 180 km of multi-use recreational rail trail. If walking is more your form of relation, the laneway is at your doorstep, or explore the many small towns in the area and discover what makes Frontenac County so inviting. Sharbot Lake is home to great coffee and pastries at the Cardinal Cafe, gourmet meals at Toronto Chef Brad Long's new Belong Restaurant overlooking Sharbot Lake beach, and make time to visit the K&P Brewery on highway 7. Its small, quaint and where the locals go for conversation and a pint. Open Mic takes place each Friday from 5:00-7:00pm. Perth is a great way to spend an afternoon wandering the historic downtown or dining in limestone pubs and quaint restaurants. Check FB pages for hours of operation. Kilborne's on the Rideau in Newboro is a must for some retail therapy. The outside is deceiving and hides room after room of quality shoes, cowboy boots, cottage furniture and decor, jewellery, clothing and gourmet food in this must stop gem. Get back to nature at Trillium Woods.

I went for some peace and quiet. A beautiful location with large trees all around. The interior was well laid out and was very clean. I was able to enjoy long walks and read by the wood burning stove. It was very peaceful. The host was so friendly and made sure i had everything i needed.

The place was absolutely stunning and clean throughout. Though smaller than expected, perfect for a group of 4 people. Super cozy and lots of outdoor space available on the property. Wouldn't hesitate to rebook this place when I want to go fishing again.

Beautiful property. Gorgeous, well kept, spotless cottage with a/c which was so appreciated as we had heat warnings every day. Having said that we spent a ton of time on the deck playing from the great selection of games. There was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. Great recommendations for the area. BeLong in Sharbot Lake was delish if you get the chance. Overall one of our best home sharing experiences....thank you so much and we hope to come back...5 *****

The cottage was like new, clean, spacious, well supplied, comfortable. My dad and I enjoyed staying there with the benefit of spending time with family members staying across the road. It was perfect for our needs.

The cottage is true to the vrbo photos. A nice clean cottage and beautifully decorated. We came to enjoy a girl's birthday week. Laughs relaxation were had by all.

We loved our stay at Lori’s adorable cottage in the woods. There is nothing like waking up to bird song in the morning. And, I was pleasantly surprised to find top quality food in and around the area.

We brought our 7 month old baby up to stay at Lori’s and were beyond impressed by both the cleanliness and homey vibe of the property. It had all the amenities one could need for a small family and we enjoyed our stay so much. Lori was so kind, responsive, and helpful. She truly added so much warmth to the experience and we can’t wait to return. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and recommend this to anyone.

Lori is the most welcoming and accommodating host you could ever ask for! It's so clear upon meeting Lori that she loves her cottage and Bob's Lake area. She takes such pride and effort in making sure everything you could possibly want or need is there. The bedding is lovely and extremely comfortable. Towels are plentiful and beautiful and laid out for you like a high end hotel. The cottage is spacious and oh so comfortable, and the games room is an absolutely bonus! Lori thank you for the surprise gifts you left and for being so amazing!! We are so so glad we found you and your beautiful spot, we will definitely see you again soon!

We spent our Spring Break at Trillium Woods and had a wonderful time. The cottage is so comfortable and the windows allow beautiful light all day long. Mornings were quiet and sunny and the late afternoon light was amazing as we played pool.
Lori is an amazing host! So welcoming and warm, and provided us so much information about the area and what to do and where to eat.

Lori was a wonderful host. She greeted us at the property and explained everything. Beautifully decorated property with all the amenities. High quality bedding and mattresses. Wonderful pool table which was used often. Great location of quiet walks. Loved the sound of the far off train whistle in the evenings. Easy location to reach, summer and winter. There is something about watching trees out every window and seeing the snow coming down. Heavenly. The day we left the weather was very icy and Lori's son shovelled and salted so we wouldn't fall while loading our car. That was really appreciated. Thanks Gray.

The location of the cottage is perfect. The interior is so cozy and clean and the games room is one of the best features. The host, Lori was was amazing-welcoming and accommodating, gave us a few tips on what to visit and how to make our stay more enjoyable, even left a catalogue of things to do and near by places to take advantage of. We will be back for sure, the cottage and the location can be enjoyed no matter the season!

Very nice weekend booking. The cottage was excellent and modernized. The games room and its pool table was a bonus treat.
Lori suggested a local fishing spot for father-in-law to fish and it was spot on. A dozen fish in 1.5 hours.
Great communication with Lori all round.
Be aware that the cottage itself is not on the water, but rather across the street (land side). The lake is visible, but not really accessible due to private cottages all the way along the road. Not a major problem, but something to note.
There's a public boat launch about 5 min away.
Recommended.

My son and I enjoyed a 4 day stay. The location is very quiet. Two bedrooms, comfortable kitchen/livingroom, and a game room with a pool table. We paddled our double kayak on nearby lakes, and biked on the K&P Trail north and south. Also enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, and had a wood-fired pizza and beer in Westport at the Scheuermann Vineyard. Lori was a very nice host.

A relaxing recharge retreat
Trillium Cottage was a lovely peaceful retreat for our 11 day visit. It is quiet and very comfortable, yet close to towns with restaurants and history to explore. We were able to enjoy many meals prepared in the well equipped kitchen with local products from the area. The spacious deck with beautiful flower boxes was a perfect setting for many evening meals. Lori is a most gracious and helpful host. She’s nearby and has loads of local information. The cottage’s large windows provide bright indoor light (and good viewing of gathering storms outside!) The new game room was a lot of fun. We recommend this private hideaway in a lovely setting with lots of good walking and biking nearby. We hope to visit again.

Absolutely Amazing Stay
Loved every moment! Lori greeted us upon arrival and was very hospitable throughout the entire stay. The place was very fresh and clean and was stocked with everything we needed for the stay. It was very peaceful and had lots of options to keep us busy and having fun. She made the birthday celebration that much nicer.

Fantastic stay
We stayed for 3 nights last weekend. It's in a beautiful location surrounded with trees and greenery. Lori has a great personality and has set-up the cottage very well with fully stocked kitchen (utensils, pots, cutlery, coffee machine, etc.), washrooms (towels), bedrooms (linens, blankets) and game room with a pool table. The cottage was kept very clean. It comes with a fireplace inside which isn't in the photos and Lori even provided the firewood. It's such a good set-up that we just had to show up with toiletries and food. Check-in / check-out process was a breeze since she lives on the other side of the road. We had a really comfortable stay and enjoyed our time at the cottage. We will definitely return to the cottage if an opportunity comes in the future. Thanks for renting the cottage, Lori!
