A freshly painted house with new flooring throughout and a new exteremly comfortable sofa bed / couch to make your stay even more comfortable. It’s a lovely little home, decorated in a beachside theme. A great place to unwind and just relax... Sit on the front deck that looks out onto a quiet street while enjoying a nice glass of wine. Prepare a meal in the small but well equipped kitchen while the kids watch the big tv, or better still it's only a 600m walk to Nepean Hwy and myriad of local shops, cafes, beach and restaurants. The house has secure fencing all the way around so feel free to bring along your dog to enjoy your holiday with you. We had a wedding in redhill and booked this property last minute as our original accomodation fell through. Leigh was very prompt in responding and was very accommodating to our plans. We really appreciated his help! The house was lovely and exactly what we needed!

This cottage was exactly as described. It had everything needed for a lovely weekend away. Leigh was very accomodating and great to communicate with. Can’t wait to come back!

Leigh was very accommodating and easy to communicate. The house is small but very cosy. It is well fenced so no issue leaving the dog out. Great for family with little fur baby. We had to wash the dishes though as there is no dishwasher, first world problem.

We enjoyed our stay at Rosebud and the property was in an ideal location. I got around the gruelling process of opening the front door for the first time using the app. Very happy with the cleanliness and how organised the house was. The property is not large but it is very cosy and welcoming. Our dog was happy too with plenty of room inside and outside. Thank you Leigh for keeping me up to date with the property prior to us arriving and for being generous when needed.

Property was exactly as expected.
My family and I spent 3 nights there with the outlaws and our dog.
It was a miserable wet weekend and we all had a great time in this place.
The location was fantastic, only a couple of minutes drive to pier and shopping centre that had everything we needed.
Beds were comfy and all communication with the property owner was so easy!
Price was fantastic and we would highly recommend to anyone.

A lovely weekend away, nice spot for a family trip. Comfortable and spacious house with everything that is needed. Easy access to beach and shops. Very generous check in and out times which was appreciated. Would recommend.

Overall place is really cosy. Kids loved the bunk bed. Kids friendly place and is very close to the beach, shops and playground. Great get away for the family.

The house was the perfect size for 9 people. We enjoyed the hospitality, it had everything we needed. However, one thing I would suggest for improvement would the the fold out sofa as it was very uncomfortable and didn’t lie flat, making it very awkward to sleep on. Additionally, some more mirrors around the house would be useful.

This little home was immaculate and beautiful. Great location .
It was clean spacious and so very comfortable. We felt right at home as soon as we stepped in. So sad to be leaving spending ten days here was not enough. Thank you for your support and care always answering my questions. I was so worried that booking so far I advance something would happen to my booking but Leigh the host was nothing but accomodating and polite . I will be rebooking and recommending this place to everyone . You were a delight to deal with. Your home has given us a great opportunity to regroup as a family . Thank you for sharing this with us.

We had an amazing couple of days here. The kids all enjoyed the back yard to kick the footy and the adults enjoyed the quiet when the kids had gone to bed. It is clean and comfortable, with ample blankets to keep you warm in the colder months.

What a great property!! The bedrooms are a good size and have robes. There’s a good size dinning table and lounge area.
The kitchen and bathrooms are fresh clean and have everything you need. Bonus having the towels and linens supplied. There’s a deck at the front of the house which is great for an afternoon relax.
The location is fabulous. An easy 10 minute walk to the beach or a couple of minutes in the car.

Loved it
Great location - couldwalk to anywhere. Even our little Houdini couldn't escape from the back yard so could leave her when necessary without any worries. Everything was provided, we only brought ourselves. Highly recommended.

Communication with property owner was fantastic! The house was very sweet, nice and small, easy to heat, had all the facilities we needed. Carpets were a little old but given pets are welcome, it was perfect. We enjoyed our stay!

Great little house near the beach. Unfortunately the floor had not been cleaned properly in some areas, the sofa bed couch was very uncomfortable to sit on and the BBQ was rusted and we couldn’t use it. Otherwise it was well equipped in the kitchen and the verendah out the front was great.
