In the centre of an old mining town in rural Tasmania you will find a bustling scene of Mountain Bike Riders, adventure seekers and nature lovers all coming to explore what is beautiful and unique about our town. If you're on the search for the perfect place to stay during your journey in Derby look no further. Choose from our two bedroom Bank House B&B, a renovated 1888 heritage listed bank in the centre of town, or our modern and well equipped one bedroom Cabin (or you can book both if you have a larger group!). Whether we are to be your launch pad or your bolthole we can't wait for you to stay with us.

Beautiful place, great ambiance. Our grandson loved the record player and amazing vinyl record collection. Very comfortable four poster beds. Sweet goodies awaited our arrival and a tasty breakfast served. Perfect!

Our Derby Experience
We had a lovely visit at this property. Liz and Mark were very welcoming and made sure our visit was special. The property was excellent and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. We had a beautiful breakfast and our hosts educated us on the history and tourist attractions of the village and surrounding area. Thank you Liz and Mark
