We enjoyed our stay in the property. Home owners were just a call or text away if we needed anything. Home was very spacious - only two of us but could have had our entire family with us.

We had a great time! And the kids had a blast! The house was a perfect layout for our families. We each had our own areas, but we were also able to combine in the open living and dining room areas during meal and hang out times. We hope to stay again in the future!

This house was perfect for a golf getaway for 4 friends. Lots of space and nice furnishings. Daniel, our property management contact, was very helpful and prompt in addressing any concerns we had. I would suggest adding some end tables in the living area to set drinks on, and perhaps a chest of drawers in the primary bedroom to keep clothes in. These were very minor issues, otherwise a very enjoyable and comfortable stay!

Property was well suited for our group to stay and play golf. Spacious quarters allowed each to have own bedroom and eat together in well appointed kitchen. Daniel (Property Host) was very helpful and quickly took care of any issues we had. The rooms were comfortable but could have used end tables in living area (in order to set drinks). Also there was not a chest/dresser in primary bedroom to store clothes. A TV in the primary bedroom would have also been a nice improvement. Overall, this property met our expectations and once again, the interactions with Daniel were exceptional.

This place suited our needs perfectly! The house was sparkling clean, and had plenty of space to stretch out. The beds we comfortable, and the backyard was perfect for unwinding after a long day! Ready to book again for our event next year.

Lovely stay
Lovely outdoor space! We enjoyed the pool, spa, grill and fire pit! Kids enjoyed the floaters. Well equipped kitchen. Worked for couple of days in the private office space.

This house was great for our group of 10 adults. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. By far the best part of the house is the pool and spa. The weather was a little cooler than past years we have been there in March, but we were still out there enjoying the spa everyday. Only downside for us was location. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, but if you want to do anything like see one of the sports teams (besides spring training), Top Golf, Camelback, etc. you are driving 30+ minutes easily.

coffee filters and tp and pool towels! We brought our own coffee but some was there for the last day when we ran out. We ate outside at the table. Thankful for the beautiful weather they ordered up for us too!

We enjoyed our 4-night stay for a nearby running race. The salt water hot tub helped us relax before and after the race. The little details were appreciated: mini toiletries, treats, towel animals, and a few bottles of wine. The management company was responsive to our needs, and showed up within a few hours to replace batteries for the sauna’s remote control. Thank you and we will stay again!

Thanksgiving Stay
We stayed for just under a week during the Thanksgiving holiday with a family of 8 (6 adults, 1 teenager and one child).
There were some pro's and con's of our stay.
Pros:
Spacious house, plenty of space in the rooms, and the open concept living/kitchen/dining room was great.
Appliances in the kitchen were amazing! Perfect for cooking a big dinner, and since it was open concept, you weren't stuck away from everyone.
New furnishings in the bathrooms.
Great location, if you want to be a little away from the city; so it's nice and quiet especially at night.
Very nice welcome basket with a bottle of wine and some snacks were provided - this is a very nice touch!
Cons:
Kitchen was not well stocked as far as cooking tools and such. Very basic items were there; there were no tupperwares, or serving platters, only small plates. Only 2 small baking sheets, no wash clothes, cleaning people didn't leave any extra trash bags and we could only find one.
Could benefit from an additional lounge chair in the living room as well as end tables or a coffee table so you have a place to put your drink or snack down while watching TV.
I think this house has a ton of potential and the owners were responsive and very nice; but maybe just adding some items to make it truly the home experience could improve future ratings.

We loved our recent stay. We are a family of 10 and this home was perfect for us. My kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub. Everything was perfect. We hope to stay here again when we are in Phoenix again.

This house was AMAZING! We had a great time. The pictures don’t give it justice. Awesome pool & spa! Very relaxing and quiet neighborhood. Very spacious living area and bedrooms. There was a crib and booster seat for our 1 year old which was a plus. Was able to do some work in the office as it was separated from the rest of the house which gave me some focus. Spacious full equipped kitchen. It even has tools that I don’t have in our own kitchen. You could tell that the owners put a lot of thought and effort on this one! Will be coming again for sure!!!
