The house was fantastic for our group of 5 friends. We did all of our cooking on the outdoor equipment, and when we weren't golfing, we spend most of our time outside at the bar or in the pool. Management company was very responsive when our pool heat was not originally on.

Vrbo should increase its character count, because I have a lot to say about this experience, my first on VRBO and can't. The house is awesome, it looks like the pictures. The beds are comfortable, the house is fully stocked. If you are going park hopping and need a great place to recharge, you will not be disappointed. We loved it, and nothing I am about to type would stop me from renting this unit again, tomorrow if I had the money and time off. That being said, this house is not shiny and new. It's been lived in. The arcade machine didn't work (the power button is just gone). There is also very little instruction that is of any value on things like the pool lighting and filter system. We had to have the pool cleaned because the filter apparently wasn't running. I'm probably going to get charged for it...I don't know. We used the pool heavily and it turned almost green on the 2nd day. The pool guy was great, but didn't speak much english and my spanish is limited. We didn't have issues with the pool after he came, but what little I know of pools tells me this was a simple fix based on his body language. Had more concerns with Jeeves than with the house itself, also wouldn't preclude me using them again, but be advised. There were issues. I can't really get into them because of the character count. They were responsive, but unhelpful at some key times and in key ways that made the experience less awesome than it could have been. Still we had a blast.

The location was absolutely wonderful. The house has the best outdoor area around the pool. The kids loved the Encore water park. We will be back. Working with Jeeves was also very easy. Every time I sent a question, I had an answer in 10 minutes

Beautiful house with plenty of room for the whole family! New game room recently added to garage. Loved the large dining table and outdoor pool area and tiki bar were phenomenal. Some issues with lighting remote controls operating multiple rooms but nothing we couldn't deal with and never bothered to call maintenance about it. Would stay again!

The property was very clean, nice, and had all the amenities needed. Location was great. Security gate coming in late from the Disney parks is a little bit of a hassle but the home completely made up for having to insert state ID and wait to be allowed access to the neighborhood to get home. Next time I will add others to the main listing to make sure my elderly deaf parents don't have to deal with this, but would absolutely stay at this home again if they will have us. The home was perfect. My kids loved everything about this home. They layout is great, decor is amazing. Thank you.

We booked this house for my husbands 41st birthday. Every single person had a room. The house is very spacious, great backyard and the outside kitchen was a plus. I would definently book this house again

The house was great! Fitting for our whole family. We enjoyed having a private pool and tiki bar/grill. There were some bugs in the house as well as some issues with the stove, closet door, etc. called maintenance and they came over to take care of it. Overall great experience tho
