Quick trip to Goodyear for some golfing with 8 buddies. House was perfect for what we needed, clean, fit everyone comfortably, and communication with Amy was great.

Stayed here with family for family holiday. 4 adults, 5 kids, and hand PLENTY of room to spread out. It was comfortable, quiet, great neighborhood with easy access to the interstate and local amenities. Lots of seating in the backyard under the covered patio, or around the firepit, or at the pool deck. Inside the rooms all had smart tv's for watching your favorite streaming. The kitchen was adequately stocked with flatware, utensils, and appliances. I would highly recommend this place for a large family gathering. We will definitely consider this place again for our families.

We stayed at this house for a girls basketball team at Estrella Fountain Hills. It was centrally located and in an awesome neighborhood. The one thing O suggest is to label the light switches, fan switches and speaker switches. It’d make it easier to know what goes to what. We loved it!

What a great property! The check in process was very easy and the house is clean, modern and cozy. Each of our group of 11 had a comfy spot to sleep and even with all of us, there was plenty of privacy and space to stretch out. The house is well equipped with the necessities - a very organized kitchen, also plenty of linens and household items so you won’t run out. There is a Target about 5 minutes away which was very convenient for filling the fridge. The pool had an effective heater that the kiddos really appreciated - we were visiting family for Thanksgiving so it wasn’t necessarily warm outside. We had a great time, were very comfortable and will definitely be back the next time we come into town.

We stayed at this property and it surpassed all of it expectations, it was beautiful and clean, the pool was our favorite, close to shopping . We had plenty of room and plenty of beds … couldn’t have asked for a more perfect home to get away with your family! Our host was also amazing!

Wonderful family stay

This property and our hosts exceeded all expectations. We lived in the pool for 3 days and it was the most perfect pool for kids 8 and 5 and a group of adults. Our family stayed for a family wedding, total of 4x couples and 2x kids and we always felt it was so roomy and stocked with everything we needed. Appreciated the labeling and again the pool was absolutely perfect, plenty of towels and pool towels for all. Wonderful Arizona stay!

It was very inconvenience we can’t be loud amd enjoy in family and we couldn’t Lester Music after 10 pm. Also only 2 vehicles can park on the driveway we not a loud to leave a third park on the street.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful, spacious home. It is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants and I’m a quiet neighborhood. The pool is lovely and we appreciated the extras that make a stay more comfortable. And the master bath is a must see! We had 8 adults with us, 2 of whom are elderly and need to stay downstairs. This house accommodated our needs very well!

We have family that lives in the Surprise/Goodyear area and we all wanted to get together for New Years. We came from Colorado, New York, New Jersey and California. The house was perfect in every way. The kitchen is well equipped. Has beautiful dishes, glasses and cups, a lot of everything. I was concerned since we were so many people. The house was well supplied for all of us. We loved the game room as we had 3 kids under 4 so it was a great place for them to hang out. We used the fire pit, BBQ and heated pool .It was very helpful having the propane full and ready to use. The area was great. There was a playground that we could walk to and many stores very near by. Once I got the direct contact of the house it was smooth sailing. I didn't feel like I had very good communications with the management company. It was the direct contact that was most helpful. Overall the house and our stay was great.
