The original design of this high-end duplex was intended to serve a multitude of needs; with flexibility and comfort in mind, the current vision of Twin Peaks is to keep guests returning year after year and longing to come back. Like traveling with friends but love your own space? Have different bedtimes to accommodate? Want to share a wedding house but need a spot for the groom and one for the bride? There is no better option out there. These combined two units offer the flexibility you need to make your travel experience perfect in this ever-changing world. With mirrored floor plans, the building can accommodate a large group of travelers with the convenience of a centrally located door between units. Enter Twin Peaks through either unit on the ground level or come into the main level via the exterior stairs and decks. The building is constructed with Hardie Board siding and composite decking, so rest assured, your outdoor experience will be clean, safe, and enjoyable. Designated spaces on both sides offer secure ski storage and make it easy to unload your gear and store it from the driveway. In this same space, behind the garage doors, there are Tesla charging stations. The upper decks face Sunday River and provide views of White Cap, where you can see the Cats groom the trails at night or watch skiers brave White Heat, Shockwave, and Obsession. There are two easy-to-use propane firepits on either deck that provide ambiance and effectively warms the immediate area making the decks usable and entertaining places to gather. On the main levels, the floor plan provides cathedral ceilings, a prow wall with floor-to-ceiling windows, propane fireplaces in each living room, and open-concept living areas. There are primary bedrooms on the main level, laundry, two formal dining areas, and two large pantries. The kitchens are well stocked with all of the utensils and appliances you will need to prepare gourmet meals. The dining rooms combined can seat a total of twenty people. There are two rear decks, two hot tubs, and a small lawn area out the back door. This space is a quiet, shaded section of the property that both units can enjoy peacefully. Perhaps the best therapy for exhausted ski-legs is an extended soak with your favorite friends. Upstairs, the hallways are open to the living rooms below, with soaring views over the mountains on the second level. There are six bedrooms; two with two twin-sized bunk beds (sleep 4), two with king-size beds, and two with queen-sized beds and dressers. All of the bedrooms are tastefully equipped with soft linens and attractive mountain décor. These six bedrooms share full bathrooms on each side with his and her sinks and fiberglass tubs. The ground level offers the ultimate rec area. Two large gaming areas feature Xbox 1's, two shuffleboard tables, two foosball tables, and two connect-four racks. Two brand-new theaters have been recently constructed, and these each feature 75" flatscreens, seating for six on the couches (in each unit), and popcorn makers. Whether you unwind by gaming, watching a movie, or connecting with friends and family, there is space to make this vacation precisely what you need. Much energy and attention have gone into making this the ultimate rental property. We are committed to exceeding our guests' expectations and know your plans may have specific needs. Important Notes: Security Camera Disclosure: This home is equipped with exterior security cameras for protection and to monitor snow removal. The cameras are located at the following locations: 1. On upper East deck facing driveway Snow removal: All our homes are contracted with various snow removal companies in the area. This includes plow service and snow shoveling for decks and harder to reach areas. Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking.

We loved our stay at Twin Peaks with our large ski group! The house was clean (and so beautiful!), we had all the amenities we could ask for, and the property manager was communicative. 10 out of 10! We will be back!

We had a large group (17) coming up for a golf weekend at Sunday River Golf Club and we couldn't have asked for more. The property slept everyone comfortably and the location was perfect. Mark was very helpful and responsive and I would highly recommend this to anyone needing a large place in the area of Sunday River.

This house was perfect for a big group to go skiing or just hang at the house. The hot tubs were clean and they had a fully stocked kitchen on both sides of the unit. The units have a connecting door in the living rooms which was sooo nice to have so everyone could easily be with each other.

Incredible property with all the amenities you'd ever need. This property has everything from corn hole and hot tubs to electric tesla chargers and movie theaters. This place has it all and the property management team is top notch. Nothing but great things to say about the property and the management team.

Gorgeous house close to mountain, entertainment/game room was loved by the kids and the hot tub was loved by the sore adult skiers. Plenty of room to sit cozily by the fireplace or the big kitchen table for cards and games. Managers were super friendly and helpful. Would def recommend and will def stay again!

Great house! Great property management company! Everything was as listed. Check in and check out process smooth. We were a group of 5 families with kids ranging from 8-16. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. We will definitely rent this again.

We rented twin peaks because of the dual-home layout since we were 5 families traveling with children aging in range from 7 months to 7 years. It did not disappoint! Both homes were extremely clean and had everything we needed and then some! The dual-home layout allowed older kids to play and younger kids to sleep and gave us all plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other’s company after a long day of skiing. We will definitely plan a return trip here!
