About this house rental

Situated in Sandy Point, this charming house for £179 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Summary: Privacy and space - what a delight! A family beach house with a child friendly garden and ample space to park your boat on this double block. 180m to 3rd Ave beach access and 400m to the general store. PLEASE NOTE: 2% surcharge applies for all credit card transactions. There will be an additional charge (Service Fee) of $80.00 added on top of your total invoice balance due that may not appear within your original invoice. For short notice bookings please contact us directly. WiFi NOT provided. The Space: Set on the back of a large double block this Holiday home offers ample space for you to park your boat and still leave somewhere to play backyard cricket. BYO LINEN: Bedding is provided but guests must bring their own linen and towels. The outdoor Hot water shower is a winner in all seasons. Guest Access: You have use of the entire house and yard. Guest access information will be provided around midday the day of your arrival via email. This will include details on how to locate the property, where to locate the key safe, and the key safe combination to access the keys. The Neighborhood: Picturesque Sandy Point beach is a pleasant 5-minute walk away near the general store. Shallow Inlet, famous for wind surfing and fishing is a short 5-minute drive. Other Sandy Point recreation facilities suitable for children and families include the mini golf on the foreshore, the Surf Lifesaving Club, Children's Playgrounds, Tennis courts and a half basketball court. Numerous recreation and relaxation facilities are within reach such as golf courses, bush walks, fine restaurants and of course the South Gippsland's popular wineries and art galleries. Accessible to both Wilson's Promontory and South Gippsland the location makes it an easy drive to the popular Squeaky Beach, Waratah Bay, Inverloch and Port Franklin. Getting Around: Enjoy the convenience of shopping facilities in Foster, just 20 minutes away, with the luxury of being able to return to the peace and tranquility of Sandy Point. The Sandy Point Store provides convenience within walking distance of the house and supplies a selection of food, fishing goods, household items, magazines and a bottle shop. More details on the house facilities and things to do in the area are available in the welcome pack at the house and provided upon booking. Other Things to Note: Due to the closure of the Gippsland Power Stations, during peak times (i.e. the middle of summer) we are prone to power blackouts. Mobile phone coverage can also be poor, travellers are advised to use Telstra for the best coverage in our area. This is unfortunately completely out of our control. Each property in Sandy Point is on tank water and septic systems. Please note: There will be a call out charge if we are called out after hours. Eg: Losing Keys.
