Although rare, accidents do happen even while we are on vacation. Historically, this was managed with a big security deposit, which can lead to very awkward and unpleasant conversations when the vacation rental manager needed to withhold deposit lot damages. With Security Deposit Waiver, accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it is specifically excluded such as but not limited to smoking inside the unit, intentional damage, pet damage, and willful violations of house Rules.
