Head upstairs to the breezy beach air deck with another table perfect for sitting at for your morning coffee, dining al fresco or evening cocktails. The Space: Once you enter the front door, you will find a welcoming open and airy living area, dining table and large kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes! The 3 bedrooms each have comfortable beds complete with luxury hotel grade bedding - get ready for a great night's sleep before you head back to the beach! OTHER FEATURES/AMENITIES: Outdoor: charcoal grill, picnic table, outdoor shower, fenced yard; Indoor: ceiling fans throughout, dog-friendly, high-speed Internet/WIFI, laptop friendly, all kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, guest comforts of home starter pack. Our stay was very nice and we enjoyed the house a lot, but there were a few things that were very simple to fix that we were disappointed with. The outdoor shower door latch wouldn't close because it was all bent and rusted, so someone had to put something against the door once you were in to keep it closed. It was very dirty as well, and we felt that just a power wash and fixing the lock should have been easy enough for it to be a nice shower. The dryer wouldn't dry and you had to run it for at least 3 cycles for it to dry anything. We contacted 979 and told them and they first said to "unplug it and it will reset"...when that didn't work they said they'd send someone and we never heard a peep for the rest of our stay. We just ran the dryer constantly to dry our clothes. The patio furniture was also very dirty. We liked the house and where it was located, but it simply needs a few things fixed and some updating to make it really nice.

This house was very clean. Was disappointed no hair dryer in house, but everything else was great. Linens were of excellent quality and master bed was comfortable. There was a smell when turned on the water faucet, i think its the area water system. Plenty of kitchen ware to use. Nice size TV. AC kept house nice and cold. Neighborhood is nice and quite. Its the perfect weekend getaway.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is great for families. They neighborhood was quiet and was easy to get to both the beach and Jetty Park Slash Pad! The house was well equipped and suited for our needs. The fenced in yard was an added bonus! The property management company was great to work with great communication.

Dad and I went down with 2 of his friends, but the jetties for 3 days. Despite it being a bit windy, the house was awesome. 3 minutes from the jetty, 5 places to eat, ice/basic groceries. It was a blast - will be coming back simply because it was a great stay and we can count on it in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa de las olas. The house had everything we needed and beyond. The kitchen was well stocked and we had a lot of room for our family and pets to roam freely in the fenced yard. We relaxed with the views on the balcony. DoorDash delivery service was a plus, for some of the days when we wanted to eat indoors. The best part was the refreshing short walk to the beach and the overall Surfside beach experience. HEB is in driving distance to stock up on water and groceries. We visited “on the river” restaurant a few times for their great food and drinks. The bar and grill restaurants nearby were also convenient for take out and dine ins. Overall a great experience and this house is on my repeat list!

Location is not far from the beach if you have a golf cart. Beach was clean, water was blue. House fit our needs, beautiful and clean. Would definitely rent it again!

We had to drive & pay a beach pass. For the amount of money I paid for my friend going to Chemo on Monday. Not worth the $. I got it for her family. They had fun. That’s all it matters

Great location and great house

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and provided a nice place to stay. The only issue we had was that the water from the tap was simply putrid. The smell of metal was so strong that it was hard to even shower.
