Exterior Lights are turned off at night to reduce light pollution. As a home base, this is the most beautiful and convenient location you could find. You'll have the entire home with a fully fenced half-acre of trees and garden. There is one bedroom with a comfortable Queen bed, quality linens and a walk-in closet. Also on the lower level, there is a 'Flex Room' with a Queen bed, quality linens, Smart TV and Emmes chair, and beautiful Armoire/dresser set. They share a custom bathroom with a live edge countertop and custom-tiled shower. Plenty of fresh towels and guest amenities for your stay are provided. A spacious guest bathroom with a vanity and sink is at the top of the stairs, providing a bathroom for the common living area. You can work remotely while enjoying the island life with an excellent WiFi connection! We offer free WiFi with speeds of 50mbps+. Our dining room table can seat six guests with plenty of space for you to work and set up kids for schooling if needed. There are five free EV Chargers within walking distance of Madrona Pointe! 100 ft down the road there are two charging stations at the Orcas Community Center, two at the Island Market parking lot, and one on Haven Street.
