Nestled in Kalkan Belediyesi, this lovely villa for £385 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Built in 2022, Villa Lea is a beautifully presented 5 bedroom detached villa in the Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan. The villa is approximately a 15-minute walk from the center of town and just a 5-minute downhill stroll to the sea and the nearest beach clubs. A modern villa with a cool contemporary design harmonizes beautifully with the natural surroundings and makes the most of an elevated situation overlooking the bay, Mouse and Snake Islands beyond and the glorious Lycian coast. Bright open rooms lead out on to sun-drenched balconies and a roof-top terrace is perfect for sunbathing and watching the sun set. A gorgeous infinity pool surrounded by marble sun terraces dotted with colorful planters, and a sheltered pergola. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and is arranged over three floors plus a separate annex, as follows: The ground floor comprises the spacious and light living, dining and kitchen areas. Floor to ceiling windows allow light to flood into this area and the décor is minimalist and contemporary. The fully equipped contemporary kitchen has it all, including its own separate AC unit, a rare convenience in Kalkan area villas and a cold water dispenser. The large kitchen island has seating for 5 and is a perfect spot to seep your espresso or wine enjoying bay views. The dining table seats 8 guests. A cloakroom and utility cupboards (with iron and ironing board, etc.) can also be found on this level . The first floor has three en-suite bedrooms along a hallway with 3 windows to let lots of natural light in: On the east corner is your master with a double bed and a closet area (with a small safe), the middle is a bedroom with two twin beds and on the west corner is another bedroom with two single beds that can easily be arranged as one double bed. All three bedrooms in this floor has their private balconies that offer fabulous, unobstructed views of the bay and the islands. The roof floor offers a double bedroom en-suite that has access to a private terrace furnished with a large jakuzi and deck ideal for relaxing or sunbathing. On the east side is another large terrace open to all guests. All indoor and outdoor areas on this floor share the same breathtaking view of the bay with the islands on one side and the mountains on the other. The secondary suite underneath the pool deck has a game room / living room with a fold out double bed, an en-suite double bedroom with a kitchenette and an 850 sq. ft. private garden with unobstructed bay views. The game room offers countless hours of vacation fun with a Playstation 5 console (2 game pads), table soccer and a tournament quality dart board. Good to know: • The villa has a private car port. There is also ample off street parking available • A high speed mesh Wi-Fi system with no dead spots is provided within the grounds of the villa. • Villa has two big screen LED smart TVs connected with wired internet for fast streaming (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus etc. available) • Bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided on arrival • Weekly cleaning and linen changes are provided (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided) • Pack’n Play portable beds are available upon request at no charge. • An optional welcome pack is provided on arrival • Shopping deliveries can be arranged • A Guest Manual with important information about the villa and Kalkan is provided on arrival. • As the secondary suite at the lower ground level is separately accessed from the main part of the villa, it is not suitable for young unaccompanied children. • A taxi ride from the villa to Kalkan center lasts less than 5 minutes and costs around £3

Good location a bit out of Kalkan but 130 lire taxi ride. Plenty of taxis and all reliable. Restaurants and bars within a 5 mins walk Would return

Villa Lea is a fantastic villa. There were 9 of us and it felt very spacious. Well equipped. Great pool area- good size pool. Close to a great choice of restaurants this side of town and short walk to main town. Taxis are £3 back from the town if needed. Amazing views of the sea from all bedrooms and pool area. The self contained apartment under the pool deck is great for older teens upwards- PS5 and table football. Carrefour supermarket few minutes walk. Overall villa Lea is a great villa and one of the best we have stayed in.

What a stunning villa. Large kitchen with everything you could need. Living area and swimming pool were all maintained daily. The only small suggestion would be an outdoor fan in the bbq dining area to prevent flies whilst eating. The bedrooms were lovely and well kept. The only gripe was cold water on occasion but probably our fault as we couldn’t locate the switch to top up. I had broken my ankle and was quite nervous about whether I would manage but the stairs are suitable for anyone with mobility issues with a solid handrail and there is also a shower with a small seat built in. We had a fantastic time and Kemal was quick to respond to any of our queries. Highly recommend this villa if you are looking for somewhere special to stay in Kalkan

Brand new, clean, very well equipped villa. You rarely find a villa with a good range of glasses, cups, beautiful plates but this villa’s kitchen was better than my own! The villa was really spacious - plenty of space for 2 families with teens, plus the extra sleeping den downstairs which we didn't need to use. Nice pool, plenty of sun loungers, terrace. The views from all the bedrooms were simply fantastic. Easy walk to the local shop, many local restaurants and an amazing Turkish Spa. We those to drive in to Kalkan most nights as we wanted to do shopping and eat in the main town. Really great stay and would absolutely return

Kemal was an excellent host - really helpful information before we arrived, was on hand when we arrived and very responsive for the odd question we had during our stay. Villa was lovely, lots of room, very well appointed and everything worked which is always a very welcome surprise. Good location near to a decent supermarket which meant we cousin so without a car, a helpful saving. All in all highly recommended
