My wife and I have stayed in VRBO properties in this general area on two other trips, and by far this property was the nicest and cleanest. On this trip we were traveling with two other couples and the flat was just perfect. David’s flat has just about everything you would need plus more. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, and the common areas were large and spacious. If you choose to eat in, instead of enjoying the nearby restaurants, you will be very happy. The kitchen is large, modern and has everything you would need to cook a meal. Conveniently, you will find a small market a short walk from the flat.
During the day, we were all out doing the tourist thing. Just outside the gate for the property is a bus stop that will take you to and from Kings Cross / St. Pancras Stations. Within 10 minutes or so (walk) from the property, you will find Caledonian Road Tube Station.
As a host, I found David extremely responsive and helpful. If I sent him a message, I could expect a response within the hour.
This is a very nice property with an excellent host, and I would highly recommend staying with David.

Check in was easy and David was super responsive and helpful. Flat is great and great posters all around. Location is about a twenty minute walk to Camden and half that by bus. The pub in walking distance was awesome and the food was delicious. David put together a great guide to all the nearby things we could visit.

Great location and accommodations. Good security close to coffee shops and restaurants. Easy walk to Caledonian Tube station. Beds were all comfortable. It doesn't sleep 8 adults but there is an additional bed for kids. Nice and relaxing great room and patio. Kitchen was high end.
We had a wonderful time and could reach all the sites in London quickly by bus or tube. Google maps gave all the details for traveling by any form of transport.

Communication with David was fantastic. Amenities and location were ok, some nice pubs and the nearby bakery Bike and Bread is fantastic!!! Overall a lovely stay

This is a large flat with plenty of space for a large family or group. What is especially great is that there are two large en suite bedrooms. The flat is close to grocery and pharmacy. Very diverse walkable neighborhood. It’s a brisk 10 minute walk to the tube station. We enjoyed our stay. We are all healthy 50-67 year olds, but steps could be a challenge for those with mobility issues.

Great space for a family of five after a hectic 2 weeks travelling. The living /dining areas are very spacious and comfortable - perfect for quiet nights in. Bedrooms all comfortable and clean. Had a few complications with some of the appliances but David was super-responsive and answered all questions quickly and helpfully. Only disappointment was the weather conspired against us and we couldn't use the upper terrace firepit area. Maybe next time!

You would be hard pressed to find an apartment this size (guessing 2000 sq ft at least spread over two floors) in such a central location. Central with a parking space, yet outside the Congestion Zone and within a short walk of two Underground stations and many shops and restaurants. David, the host is a charming person and is super-responsive. The flat does need a bit of attention in a few areas. David was very receptive to our feedback and I'm sure will continue to make improvements. Looking forward to staying there again on a future visit to London

Easy access to bus service to kings cross or not to far of walk to tube. Portable a/c units came in very handy since we were there during very warm weather. Clean and owner responsive. Love the User Manuel for the home.

Great Camden Flat!
The flat was perfect for our week stay in London. Great location, ideal spot for entertaining and cooking. The garden/patio on the 2nd floor is an amazing place to chill at night! The host David was extremely good to work with. Flexible, friendly and hard working. The place can use a little TLC and there’s many electronics to figure out but David was there to help.
Overall a 5 Star experience for sure!!

Great potential
Luxurious flat was my first impression. It probably now needs a little bit of attention to the essentials within in the property.
The shower in the master bedroom wasn’t fit for purpose and flooded the floor, the walk in shower downstairs didn’t flood but the water was so hot you couldn’t stay under it for more than a second and no adjustments to the temp gauge would work.
One of the blinds didn’t work in the bedroom.
The flat really isn’t suitable for children in my opinion. It’s full of expensive gadgets and equipment.
On a positive note the beds were very comfortable and there was parking which is very useful.
