A few steps from the apartment there is the bus stop to Rapallo and Paraggi/Portofino, in addition to a paying indoor car park. The apartment, equipped with air conditioning, independent heating and Wi-Fi perfect for remote work, is located on the fourth floor of a typical Ligurian building without a lift, in the second row of the houses of the port of Santa Margherita. At the entrance, a small atrium divides the sleeping area from the living area. The living area houses an equipped hideaway kitchenette, also fitted with a coffee machine, in addition to a table with chairs, a TV, two small tables and two wicker chairs. In front of the table there is a comfortable high quality sofa bed with a pull-out bed. The bedroom is furnished with a cosy queen size bed (160x200), a functioning roll-top desk and enjoys a window overlooking the rooftops and Nozarego hill. Next to it, there is a practical walk-in closet. A full bathroom with a shower, a washing machine and a window completes the apartment. A camping cot is available on request. Important: This accommodation is located on the fourth floor of a small building without a lift, thus it is not recommended for elderly people or people with reduced mobility. *The minimum age to check-in is 20 years old.
