Outside the large garden provides a peaceful retreat to relax with two seating areas and lovely sea views from the top seating area. Ivydene further benefits from parking for up to 3 cars, gas central heating and WiFi. Please note that the designated private parking area is accessed via a small narrow lane at the rear of the property. There is direct access to the garden from the parking area and approx 12 steps lead down from the garden into the kitchen. To the front of the property, the house is accessed via approx 10 steps up from street level. Sorry no pets. Ivydene is suitable for families and couples only. Please note that the interior stairs can be steep in places. Check in from 4pm and check out before 11am.
