Just 5 minutes walk from the center and very close to the El Vivero restaurant; a magical place to dine by the sea. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. The living-dining room is spacious and bright with a large two-seater sofa and a smart TV. It is perfect for teleworking if necessary during the holidays, with high-speed fiber internet. It has central air conditioning and heating, as well as all the comforts of a new and modern apartment. The kitchen is large and functional, with all the necessary appliances, ceramic hob and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The rooms are located on the opposite side of the beach and restaurants, thus guaranteeing everyone's rest. There is a master bedroom with a double bed and then two further bedrooms, both with good size bunk beds. They share 2 full bathrooms; one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The apartment is located on the ground floor and will be perfect for all those who prefer to avoid stairs and/or with reduced mobility.
