Located in idyllic Kings Beach - just west of the King's Beach State Park - this 2016 three bedroom, three bath townhome offers luxurious amenities and stunning Tahoe views. But this is not your great granny’s log cabin! A complete interior remodel was recently finished with furnishings from Restoration Hardware, West Elm, Anthropologie, Crate and Barrel and brand new LG Washer/Dryer Center gives this spacious condo the feel of a charming boutique hotel while being mere steps from Lake Tahoe’s shore. This King’s Beach Retreat is not to be missed! Enter the property on the ground level and discover the main bedroom spaces. On the first floor two bedrooms are offered. First is the Bunk Room with two bunks (one full size and one twin size) - perfect for kids, families, or your most flexible friends. Second is the Boho Room - a West Elm inspired bedroom with queen size bed and en suite bath. Off the main hall is a shared bathroom that services the Bunk Room and guests. This floor offers a serene separation from the upstairs action of the Great Room - ideal for enjoying some quiet time away for a shower, nap or a good book. On the second level you'll be greeted by the Great Room - the central space of this charming home-away-from-home. Clean finishes, high vaulted ceilings, and bright colors complement the gorgeous Tahoe view from the great room windows - making for a calming environment, perfect for your getaway. The kitchen is equipped with a stunning matte granite island and breakfast bar for three, additional dining table for 8, high end stainless steel appliances, and a fully stocked kitchen for your culinary needs so you can cook like Ina and host like Martha. The main living area boasts amazing vistas of Tahoe for feeling in touch with nature - and a large TV with streaming for some much deserved rest and relaxation. Regardless of which view you chose, turn on the gas fireplace for winter nights after a day on the slopes and put your feet up. You deserve it. And if the weather permits and you feel like dining al fresco, floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors exit to a second-floor balcony deck furnished with dining for six, additional outdoor seating, and natural gas grill. Bon appetit! Lastly, the primary bedroom is located on the third floor and is beyond spacious; open and bright with a full wall of windows looking out to spectacular views. It's furnished with king size comforts, smart tv with streaming capabilities, gas fireplace and a walk in closet. A luxury en suite bath offers double vanity sinks, stand up shower, step in oversize bathtub, and water closet. Who needs a hotel when you can get these level amenities in your own private space? Rounding out this dream vacation space are two dedicated parking spaces (sorry, no extra parking is available) and a roped-off private beach area (yes, seriously!) for the complex that offers communal lounge chairs and grills. When we said steps away from the shore - we really meant it! The beauty of Tahoe knows no bounds and it’s perfect climate makes it ideal for year-round fun! We love spending the summer enjoying the best beach in North Lake Tahoe, just moments away with watercraft rentals at your doorstep. And in the winter we enjoy the close proximity to Northstar (10 minutes) or Alpine/Squaw (25 minutes). To make transport easier, you can catch the free ski bus that picks you up and drops you off right across the street from the unit. It couldn’t be easier! Very well-appointed condo with beautiful furnishings and central location in Kings Beach. We stayed during the winter but would love to come back in the summer to take advantage of the beachfront location!

The owners have thought of everything! Very clean and modern casual. If you are going to the beach “which is literally steps away” and on your own private beach area, you are in for a treat. They have provided chairs, floats, ice chests, and anything you need for a beautiful day at the beach! The appliances are all modern and the master bedroom is a retreat. Communication is golden and they are top notch at responding and addressing any of your needs. Parking is also vip. Local food options are amazing.

The Tahoe retreat was gorgeous! There was an issue with check in but Haeven was very quick to fix the situation. The unit was beautiful, spacious and clean. We loved being walking distance to coffee, shops, ice cream and restaurants. The entire lake area was very crowded and parking at the beaches gets filled up quickly. It was VERY nice to be RIGHT on the beach. We would definitely recommend this home and would love to stay here again!

We had a great time at this place. The layout is really functional with a large open room for gathering, cooking, and eating. It was a short drive to Northstar for skiing. Location is great with walkable restaurants. It is right on the beach! Would be fun to come in summer.

My family and I have stayed in this location, but in a different unit in the past and it never fails us. The most perfect location on the beach and the floorplan of the units are great. Though there is no water sports equipment on property for visitor use we were able to rent kayaks right on the beach. We were looking forward to using the fire pit however, it was out of service and by no fault of the unit owner. The unit is well equipped for even the most sophisticated of home chefs, and we quite enjoyed cooking wonderful meals for our family. The weather was gorgeous, and we were able to all sit together comfortably on the patio, while conversating and enjoying a great meal. We can’t wait to come again. Communication with host was great.

Great space, clean, well stocked kitchen, nice extras in the bathroom (q-tips, cotton pads, floss sticks etc), comfortable beds. Good location to the beach with a private beach area. Road is a little noisy but not much of an issue. Stayed as 2 family’s of 4. Overall - recommend this property! If you’re bringing a SUP or Kayak, bring a lock and you can store on the rack by the beach. Beach chairs at the property was a nice touch too.

This property is very clean and tastefully decorated, and is located by the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Everything from toiletries to kitchen supplies was supplied, and attention to detail was evident. We stayed for three nights with our family and really enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely be back.

We had an amazing time for our family vacation, which included two families with cousins ranging in age from 5 to 20 years old. The location is centrally located to restaurants and shopping. Jet ski rentals and parasailing were located next door. Most importantly, this location had lake access, which was ideal for our days spent lakeside. The location was clean and well-outfitted and communications with the property owners clear and easy.

Wow, what an incredible property with fabulous decor, great location and the most friendly hosts. Communication was top notch! We would definitely love to rent again both during ski season and for the summer! Top Notch Quality! From the beds, blankets, pillows, to the soap, cleaning items, kitchen items, and dishes - everything was quality and make the stay so comfortable. They even provided robes and slippers!!! Above all, the hosts were incredible at communicating and making sure our stay was 5 stars. Thank you so much!

Kennedy and Haven are excellent hosts with humor in each message send out to us. We had a great time stayed at the condo. Very convenient for the kids to play and go back to condo for resting. The condo located in 5 minutes walking distance to the lake and best Pizza in Tahoe. We definitely will come back. Thanks again for having us.
