This dog friendly rental sits on Dollar Hill so you have easy access to all things Tahoe. Enter the house and go upstairs to the open living room and kitchen zone. The view is filled with trees off the back deck. The kitchen has an eclectic stove, microwave, and a lot more to make sure you enjoy your cooking. The dining table is a large wood farm stylet table that can easily seat everyone. Adjacent to the indoor dining table is a sectional sofa situated to enjoy the TV and the wood fireplace. The back deck is surrounded by trees and comes with outdoor seating and an outdoor dining table too. The outdoor table can seat six. Also on this upper floor is the main bedroom with a loveseat, en suite full bathroom and a dresser. Downstairs is the second bathroom. And three more bedrooms, two with Queen beds and one with two sets of twin beds. All bedrooms downstairs have closets. Outside is in the big back yard is a hot tub. Enjoy! Dollar Point is a perfect Tahoe getaway location with convenient and easy access to Skylandia Beach in the summer and minutes to the Tahoe XC center for winter cross-country skiing or snowshoeing. Alpine ski resorts are nearby also to round out your winter fun. The closet resorts are Tahoe Palisades, Homewood and Northstar.
