Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Disappointed, not cleaned when we arrived 15 minutes early. Called and cleaners came quickly. The location and size of the property was perfect. A lot of little things need to be fixed. The upstairs bathroom had a tub but the fixture to close it was broken, no baths could be taken and the water pressure up stairs was very slow. Also the bedroom door handle was off. The dinning room bench had a broken support and one of the chair back spindles were not attached. Would not rent this house again.

Beach is 0.3 miles from the house. The house very roomy. Plenty of games to play and books to read on rainy days. Beds are comfortable. Walking distance to local restaurants. Country Fare restaurant on Main Street is a great place for breakfast.

We love this cottage. We've now stayed three times! We have been very happy with how open the kitchen/dining area is, the light that comes in, the storage, the ratio of bedrooms to baths. It is perfect for our nuclear family. This time, for our family reunion we also rented another home in the same lovely, quiet neighborhood, and the proximity was absolutely perfect. "Our" cottage has a brand new side deck and porch. A couple of things needed attention (a door handle and a wobbly chair), but I was able to text about this, and I'm sure they'll be repaired soon!

House was nicely appointed and had many usable amenities. The 2 different (air/heat) systems were confusing without written instructions. We'd book this house again if we are ever in the area.

We had a great time over the holidays. The house is spacious, clean, well decorated, and has more than the basics. We spent alot of time in the living room full of natural light and enjoyed cooking our meals in the kitchen which has pretty much every extra you could want. Everything was spotless and the beds were comfortable. We were here during the winter storm but nevertheless enjoyed our staycation. We would love to return next year :)

Excellent spot in quiet neighborhood. Grandboys could ride their bikes around the block. Sports fields and ocean 5 min walk. Water shoes are a good idea for the Falmouth Heights beach. Great house, well adorned. Close to downtown Falmouth, and food shopping and other necessities. We all loved it:)

Lovely house in a great location. Beds were a bit soft and more bath towels were needed. The yard and deck could use some freshening up but overall a very nice place and we would recommend it to others.

We loved this house for our family! Plenty of room and especially liked the master bedroom with its own bathroom. The location is the best, we walked to Falmouth Heights beach everyday and had lots of meals at Shipwrecked, our new favorite Falmouth restaurant. The house itself was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely rent this house again!

This house was the perfect location for our visit. Short 5 minutes walk to Falmouth Heights Beach. Shipwrecked and sopranos restaurants are excellent! Extremely busy and sopranos is valet only. Short walk from home is excellent. Front door is challenging to open with lock code. There was a musty smell when we entered the house. After the first day we aired it out. Lots to do in house with games and reading. The loaded beach cart was a plus. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Falmouth and at 35 Mass. St. We were in walking distance to the beach, the Shipwreck restaurant, and to the Island Queen ferry which took us to Martha's Vineyard. Property was perfect for the two couples. Kitchen was well equipped and spacious. We would suggest a small love seat to be added to the family room to give more seating for TV watching and for adults to just spread out. I would definitely recommend this property to stay in. LOVED being in the quaint neighborhood setting!

The cottage was in a perfect location with a quick, easy walk to the beach, the ferry and some restaurants. The downtown area was a easy drive and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We only wish the week did not end so quickly. The only complaint was the cottage was not thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival but the property manager did arrange within 24 hours to have it recleaned which was much appreciated. Recommendation: Make sure you bring paper towels (if you plan to cook) and toilet paper if you visit, as we did not have enough provided and needed to pick some up from the grocery store (2 located within a quick drive) but so you are prepared. Overall, it was a successful and much needed week off. Thank you.

The house was so cute & just perfect. Very clean & newly renovated. Nice deck to sit outside & enjoy the neighborhood. Had everything we needed for a great vacation. Highly recommend this rental.
