The location was perfect for us. The house was clean and as pictured. Check in process was very easy. We enjoyed our stay.

Our family just finished up our week long stay in DC and this property was great! The owner is friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. Property was clean and located just outside of the busy part of DC in a quiet friendly neighborhood. We highly recommend.

Overall the house was clean and Taj was very responsive and helpful. We had some issues with the dishwasher and stove and he quickly responded and resolved them. House was as advertised except no complimentary metro card or snacks like the listing stated. Couches were uncomfortable and one was broken. Having a washer and dryer was amazing along with plenty of parking! Nice quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our visit. We would stay there again.

Good location a few miles outside the city. Great property with parking so that was a huge plus. Hosts are top notch.

Over all this property was great! The owner are very nice and responsive! The place was very clean and presentable. The only thing that could use improvement would be the couches. While they serve the purpose to be a bed they are very uncomfortable to sit on and visit with family. Aside from that everything was perfect and we would definitely stay here again!

The property looked very new, was clean and comfortable. It easily accommodated our group of 7. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was clean, quiet and appeared safe. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Very clean, recently remodeled home. Easy to find and use. The couches are futons and very uncomfortable, one was broken. Out host assured us they were working on replacing the broken couch.

Our family of 7 spent a week at this property and were very pleased with our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of coffee pods to last the week! Walking distance to the bus stop was very doable. We relied solely on the bus and metro system during our stay and had no issues. Taj and Kim were very responsive and quick to help us out when our large crew needed some more blankets and towels. We would gladly stay here again if we travel back to DC in the future!

This was such a great space to land during our trip to DC. Close to everything and the neighborhood was just awesome. Communication was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

This property had everything we needed. We felt like the owner knew exactly all the things we needed to make our stay comfortable.
It was in a great location for our visit. We spent our time visiting the national mall. We just drove in with our car each day. There was the option to take metro close by. I loved that there was a place to park our two cars right in the drive way.
I do think this should be listed as sleeps 6-8. It was listed as sleeps 10. We couldn’t figure out how it could count as 10 unless you put up a 2nd air mattress. ( only one air mattress provided)
I just went to Walmart close by and purchase an air mattress for one person. It was only $11 so not a big deal.

We were happy to have this safe landing space during our stay. We felt safe and at home our entire stay. Taj was great to communicate with and really went above to make us comfortable.

Family Celebration
From the moment we entered, we knew we had chosen the right accommodations for our family weekend. The house had an open and inviting atmosphere just like the photos. There was also an outdoor space to enjoy had the weather been slightly warmer. The host was attentive and had thought of every detail one could want in a home away from home. I especially loved the kitchen and the ample supply of towels. This location was perfect for our agenda of activities and is at the top of our list for future bookings in the DC area.
