About this house rental
This stylishly furnished pet friendly home is spacious and luxurious, with amazing views of the fairways. Located within the gated community of the Monterey Country Club, the recently renovated house boasts high ceilings with an expansive living room, separate dining room, spacious kitchen, 4 full private bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house has all the necessary amenities from plush bed linens to a fully stocked kitchen to bath towels/toiletries and more. PATIO: there is a large patio facing the golf course fairway, perfect for BBQ and dining, entertaining friends and family, or for lounging with a cocktail while enjoying the beautiful scenery. KITCHEN: the spacious kitchen has all new appliances, is well-stocked with everything you will need to cook, and has direct access to the patio BBQ area. POOLS: there are several community pools, with one directly across from this home; each with an accompanying hot-tub. You’re welcome to use any of the pools in this community. All the pools are heated from November through April. TELEVISIONS: there are new TVs in each bedroom, and a larger TV in the living room. Every TV includes local cable and free HBO Max and Showtimes, plus they are all Roku enabled, allowing you to log into your Netflix, Hulu, Prime and other streaming channels. BICYCLES: there are two new electra cruiser bikes in the garage, ready for your enjoyment. The bikes are very comfortable whether you go on a casual ride within the gated community or you venture out to the many local attractions. COUNTRY CLUB: we have a full membership to the Monterey Country Club and as guests of the house, you may enjoy the following club amenities, for a fee: Golf Course, Practice Range, Tennis, Pickle Ball, Bocce Ball and the Gym. In addition, the following are free to access, once you have registered as a tenant guest: the Club House, Club Pool, and Club Dining (including the Restaurant and Poolside Cafe). We also have reciprocity with the Palm Valley Country Club and their facilities. SECURITY: the home is located within the Monterey Country Club, a gated country club resort and community. The gated community has a guarded entrance and constant roaming patrol, for your safety and protection. INFANTS: of course, infants are welcome, and we do have certain infant/toddler amenities including a portable crib, a high chair, and play pen. PETS: we consider your pet(s) like a member of the family. We allow up to two pets (including service animals) for a one time pet fee of $75, plus the home is equipped with a dog bed, pet bowels, and doggie bags. OTHER: the home has laundry (washer, dryer and detergents); safety equipment (fire extinguisher, first aid kit and smoke/CO alarms); rich bedroom linens, blankets, bathroom towels/toiletries, plus bath and pool towels. GUEST ACCESS: The entire house is yours for the entire duration of your stay, with its patio and lawns, plus you have free access to the community pools/hot-tubs. The home is in a gated community where you and your listed guests will have unlimited entry/exit access 24/7. This house has pretty much anything you’d need for a great stay. Living room is comfortable and very bright and uplifting, the beds are comfortable, clean and the rooms are beautiful.
The heated pool and spa is just steps away. The resort is beautiful too!

Eric's home at Monterey Country Club is very comfortable, spacious, well equipped, clean and is a perfect spot for stay in the Palm Springs area.

Loved the four bedroom aspect of this property that accommodated our two families. Due to this east facing property, the house and patio were on the cool side which would be perfect for warmer months. Loved being on the golf course with golf privileges and the home had two cruiser bikes which were used daily. Pool and spa were directly across the street. Great location to shops and restaurants on El Paseo. The house was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc. Homeowner was very helpful with a few minor issues. Overall, we had a nice stay.

It was exactly what we were looking for a relaxing weekend away. The house was wonderful and had every amenity we needed.. the pool was conveniently located across the street and came in very handy.

My family and I really enjoyed our holiday weekend at this house. It's very comfortable and roomy with everything you need. The surrounding community is great and we were able to enjoy the pools and pickleball courts (big hit with the kids!). It's also very close to El Paseo shopping and restaurants, hiking trails, and Living Desert Zoo. Communication with Eric was very easy - thank you! 5 stars all the way.

The home was beautifully appointed as in a terrific location. Everything looked better tha. The pictures. All drawers we labeled and the kitchen was stocked with many helpful things.
I didn’t notice that I needed to sign up for the Country Club days before our arrival. Thanks to the owner extending himself, we were able to make full use of the club, including our first time playing pickle ball. Eric was terrific and responsive to all of our inquiries. Our overall experience could have been better. We would highly recommend and will be back.

My group of friends and I stayed here for the Indian Wells tennis tournament. The house was exactly as pictured, super clean, organized and instrux on how to enter and exit were simple and clear. Our host, Eric, was beyond communicative, kind and accommodating. He was able to grant our request for early check-in and was helpful when we asked about 240v charger for my electric vehicle. We didn't spend much time in the house since we were at the tourney most of the time, but it was a wonderful base for us and we would definitely stay again. Thank you, Eric!!!

This home is incredibly well located in a lovely neighborhood close to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants etc. It is well-stocked, clean, and quiet. We had everything we needed for our 2-week stay. There is plenty of room to spread out and yet it is still cozy and welcoming. The views of the golf course and mountains are just icing on the cake. Checkin was seamless and Eric was a pleasure to work with!

We enjoyed having bright, large open areas in this home. It is very clean and modern. We loved having the highchair, crib, pack n play and kids utensils, plates and bowls all available to use. Plenty of pillows, blankets and towels are also in the home.

This property was exactly as it was pictured. Clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable and the location great for hiking and dining out. Eric was a great host. We had a small problem with the keyless entry and he responded immediately. Would definitely return again .

This house was PERFECT for our weekend stay! I wish the owners would come to my home and help me with a fraction of their organizational skills! Nothing was out of place and soooo easy to find. Not one complaint. Beds and living room were all cozy! In fact my brother (who has a bad neck) hates all beds and he slept so well on the den pull out couch...so that was a real bonus! I hope this place is available next year for our family weekend! ALL AROUND FANTASTIC! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We had a great stay at this unit which is extremely well-sized and suitable for a family. We had a baby with us and the high chair, crib and pack n play were extremely helpful to have on hand. The unit was extremely tidy and well-outfitted. Eric was very easy to deal with, timely on responses, and made the check in process very seamless. Monterey GC is very centrally located and close to all the places you want to be in the desert.

Best vacation rental
I have rented or stayed in at least 25 vacation rentals in the last decade and this is the best home that I have ever stayed in. It was no where the most expensive and it is the top on the list.
This home was very clean, had plenty of everything you need in a home, and didn’t have any clutter. Everything was “just right”.
The beds, couches and chairs were all very comfortable and in excellent condition.
Note to those that are staying in the summertime: this home takes a while to cool down given the desert location. Make sure to adjust your expectation of how long it takes for the home to cool down on your first day there. The desert is extremely hot in the summer and it will take many hours for the home to cool down. I promise that it will happen but it is completely normal for it to take a while to happen.
