Located in Northstar Drive, this lovely condo for £446 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. The Residence at Northstar is an excellent choice if you want to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of Lake Tahoe and its surrounding neighborhoods. In 10-15 minutes you can be at the water’s edge in Kings Beach or in downtown Truckee for community events such as music, markets and festivals. But when you are ready, you can come back to your private getaway, relax and unwind. ***We have multiple listings. If you are interested in staying with us, please contact me and I'll do my best to accommodate your dates if the dates aren't available on this calendar.*** The Residence at Northstar is located on the lower level of the Village at Northstar, steps from the gondola. The gondola is open for mountain biking and hiking and we are a 2 minute walk from the NPOA Recreation Center, which you’ll have access to. The Rec center boasts: basketball courts, bocce ball, a fitness center, nature trail, outdoor spas, pools, pickleball and tennis as well as a playground and a splash pad for the littles. Northstar Tennis has professionals to help improve your tennis skills. Join them for a clinic, a tennis social or a 5 day tennis camp. There is a golf course at the Northstar California resort as well. It is an 18 hole, par 72 (men and women) course that welcomes all golfers. There are amazing views and two unique nines. The course was designed to integrate rugged, wooded sites with wavy bunkers and putting surfaces. Northstar California is also home to one of California’s largest mountain bike parks. They host beginner to advanced cross-country and downhill mountain biking trails, lift access, bike rentals and bike shop services. When you run out of energy from playing all over Tahoe, experience the family friendly atmosphere and become part of the Northstar Club when you stay with us. Relax in your spacious residence or head out our front door to experience everything the Northstar Village has to offer. Watch movies or play games with the family in the open and bright living room or unwind in the privacy of your own bedroom with a flat screen TV. During your stay, you are invited to a daily, private, complimentary continental breakfast and come socialize after a day of playing at our complimentary Happy Hour each evening. Your spacious residence has a fully appointed kitchen, family room with large flat screen TV and fireplace, and washer/dryer. In the living room, you'll have cable TV as well as complimentary designated high speed wireless internet throughout your residence. The residence sleeps 6 with two king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and has one bedroom with 2 twin beds. The maximum occupancy in the residence is 8. Rollaway beds are available for additional sleeping options. The main bedroom has a 5 piece bath with a large whirlpool tub. The additional bathrooms have a tub/shower combination and double vanity sinks. Housekeeping services are available on a daily basis to make beds, empty garbage and tidy up your space. The kitchens are fully appointed and equipped for a small family dinner or a larger holiday meal. There is a full size refrigerator, microwave, oven, 4 burner electric glass top stove, coffee maker with complimentary coffee, toaster, blender, and all other cooking items either in your kitchen or available by request to the front desk. You’ll also have access to multiple gas grills on our patio. We offer complimentary parking for one car in our temperature controlled ground floor parking garage and another complimentary space (first come, first serve) behind our building. Parking passes are available at the front desk upon arrival. We strive to make your family vacation memorable with a front desk staff available to assist with your every need whether it be reservations at local restaurants or finding a babysitter for an evening out. **Please note: floor plans may vary, but everything listed above is standard in each residence.

The apartment was very spacious, with hotel-level cleanliness. The building had lots of games available for the kids, and is right next to the fun rec center and pool. It’s also inside the more interesting part of the resort with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Overall we actually spent more time within Northstar than we expected, it really has a lot to offer even if you’re not here to ski or bike. And it’s very close to both Tahoe and Truckee. Great stay!

This was a fantastic facility. The location was perfect for our bike race. The amenities from the gym to the pools were clean and well maintained. The staff were also very helpful. We left some shoes and chargers behind in the room and they boxed them up and shipped them to us. Outstanding service! I highly recommend this place.

Ski in/out in this village condo. Everything is extremely well cared for. And the condo is quiet, so everyone slept well. This was a last minute reservation for us and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

Huge pricey unit (3BR), good amenities, fantastic location steps from gondola. OK kid-friendly breakfast, fairly basic except for a nice fruit salad. Enjoyed happy hour. Communication could have been better regarding where to park and how to get into the building (map, anyone?). This property is mostly returning timeshare owners so the management and staff assumed you knew how to navigate.

we stayed with my parents (in their 70s) and my two kids age 2 and 4. we absolutely loved it and can’t wait to go back. the unit was spacious and very nice. it is right next to the rental center and main gondola in northstar. everyone that works there is very helpful and welcoming and the place has great amenities (ski locker, breakfast and happy hour etc) can’t wait to go back!

My friend and I had a wonderful time at this property with our 4 kids (ages 10-13). The management was excellent and super responsive, the apartment itself was large and well maintained, and the location was top notch, with easy access to the lifts and the stores at the Village. Breakfast downstairs was delicious and fresh. The staff was very friendly and made it feel cozy and special. We've stayed all over Northstar and this is probably our favorite place so far.

We had a great time with my husband, 2 kids, sister and in-laws. Staying right in the Village was perfect for us. The units were also off the main Village so it was quiet. Staff was super friendly. Marlene was great with communicating before our visit. We loved the daily breakfast and happy hour! Would definitely come back!

We have stayed at the Northstar Club multiple times and have made it our go-to spot when we go to Northstar every winter. The listing is accurate, the location is convenient and the staff are always friendly and attentive. We’ve stayed at multiple condos in the village and they are the only ones who provide the type of details that they do. Complimentary breakfast and happy hour are such a nice touch but also so necessary when juggling kids to ski school. They always leave a little something for the kids, too. Marlene is a dream to work with and has made our stays something we always look forward to.

The condo was spacious with enormous rooms and plenty or room to spread out. It had everything we needed in the kitchen although we didn't cook much. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good, lacking a few more protein options for a busy day. Location next to rentals, ticket office, market, restaurants and clinis is ideal. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Would stay here again no question.

Most convenient place we ever stayed for our ski/boarding trip, and we've been to many resorts throughout US/Canada. Just few steps from the gondola, restaurants, and the shops. The condo was very spacious, clean, and had all of the amenities. The Northsrar Club staffs were very friendly and helpful. The free breakfasts were very nice and loved the happy hour they provided. Thank you for everything!!

The property is exactly like the description and pictures, and you cannot beat the location. Anyone who loves Northstar would love it here. That’s not the best bit though, from the moment we walked in, we were made to feel welcome and part of the northstar club family. The staff, the amenities, all add to the experience. We will be back, hopefully a lot more often.

This was a superb stay. The location of the condo is unbeatable, with mere steps to the gondola, village restaurants, stores, and amenities, and the recreation center. What made our stay truly remarkable was the friendly and gracious staff at Northstar Club.
