This is a private and completely separate upper unit with 3Rooms, 2Baths, family/dining room, laundry facility; and spacious and fully functional kitchen with coffee bar. Major Destinations: SeaTac Airport - 12miles Seattle Downtown - 20miles Bellevue Downtown/Square Mall - 17miles South Center/Westfield Mall - 7miles Seahawks/Mariners Fields - 20miles The Space: This upper level duplex has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. As you walk in up the stairs you will find an open concept living and dining room. Large kitchen is fully equipped with cooking essentials. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and a crib for families with little ones. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed along with a desk for work or school. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bathroom is in the hallway, easily accessible for guests staying in the smaller bedrooms. Next to the bathroom is a linen closet where you will find extra towel, pillows, blankets, toilet papers, and paper towels.

Our time at KentRenton was great. It was a great spot to be for everything we partook of while in WA. The place was super comfortable and a wonderful oasis. The amenities provide was great. This would a place for our next visit.

We enjoyed our stay and the place was as advertised. The check-in process was easy, although I had communicated with the owner and advised them that we would be arriving after dark--leaving the front outside door light on would have been a nice touch. The neighborhood is very quiet and very dark. We enjoyed the deck and admiring the huge fir trees in the back yard. We were able to springboard from the house to all of the Seattle sights with relative ease. The place is in a very beautiful spot. I was concerned, however, that the dishwasher was not functional and the owner did not respond to my query about getting it fixed. We had enjoyed great communication before the trip, but my text about the dishwasher went unanswered for three days.

I had to call the property manager a couple days before my stay to get my check-in information, as there was no additional communication after my booking. The place is also good enough for the price, but the floors need to be vacuumed, and the bedding had hair stuck in it so it wasn't the CLEANEST, but not the biggest deal. If you’re looking for a good value, decent place to stay for a trip to Seattle I would recommend it!

Comfortable stay in residential neighborhood. Good location to home base for Seattle area adventures during our week visiting family. Lots of room for all. A couple days of noisey lower unit family of guests, but the rest of the weekk was quiet.. All in all was a great stay.

Great place for a family or even couple of families. Easy access to I-5 and close to groceries and restaurants. Perfect for a getaway. Host Dan is very responsive and helpful. We weren't aware that most homes in the Seattle area didn't have air conditioning. With the unusually warm weather in the area, he was kind enough to drop off an extra fan when we messaged him.

We stayed in the upper unit. It was very clean and smelled good. The deck had a nice table and 6 chairs. Great location for visiting Seattle and surrounding areas.

Every thing prefect and accurate description , i recommend this property to every body , only problem I noticed some Ants in the living room and kitchen area . We would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Seattle
