Enjoy the Holcombe Loft with a comfortable king size bed, gas fireplace, kitchenette, washer & dryer, and gorgeous bathroom. The loft is located above a detached garage. There is a separate entrance for you to enter the space and have complete privacy. Enjoy the fresh air in the screened in porch attached to the garage. Driveway is shared with the main house, you will have a designated parking spot. This loft offers many amenities and is perfect for those who want to come home and relax in peace for the perfect home away from home experience. We offer: Free Wi-Fi, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels. Bathroom has a bathmat and hair dryer. Plates, glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses, bowls, toaster, blender, baking pans, water filter, kettle, Keurig single serve and drip coffee, french press, microwave, and refrigerator. Other things to note: The Holcombe Loft is a 1/2 mile walk to downtown Stillwater. The walk back to the loft is uphill. The tv is a smart tv and has Netflix and Prime Video logged in. Only one parking spot available in the driveway. Ring cameras are used on the front and back of the main house for safety. Upon booking acceptance, rental contract must be signed and a copy of driver's license provided.

This place was perfect. My spouse and I came for a family reunion in Stillwater. The beautiful loft was super clean and very comfortable. It was a very hot week for Minnesota and the loft was very cool. I would come back anytime. This is a 5 star place.

Located in historic Stillwater neighborhood, you're transported back in time admiring the historic homes of the 1800's. Walking distance to DT Stillwater or to a local favorite, Nelson's Ice Cream. A quiet community perfect for relaxing after a fun filled day of sightseeing, restauranting, hiking, biking, water sports, & more.

Beautiful carriage house a pleasant <10 min walk uphill from Main Street made for a great home base! Clean and beautifully decorated. Host was available but unobtrusive. Would highly recommend!

The apartment was beautiful! The bed and sheets and pillows were the best I have ever had at a vrbo. The only thing that went wrong with the entire weekend was that this was suppose to be a surprise that my husband had set up but VRBO kept sending emails so although it was a lovely thought it was not a surprise, so he was very disappointed but the place was great!

Arrived on Thursday to a very clean loft and neighborhood. Friday night we had a major snowstorm and the city lost all power. Our place had a gas fire place that kept us warm all day long and we watched the neighbors shovel out the snow. We had a wonderful time. Our hosts were excellent in making sure we had what we needed but above that they are people that were truly nice. We would go back with no hesitation.

My wife and I booked this as a weekend getaway. We have stayed at several VRBO's throughout the country, and this was by far the cleanest one we have ever stayed in! The place was absolutely immaculate and felt brand-new with all of the high-quality finishes. We had a great weekend in Stillwater and this place is just a short walk from the downtown area. If we ever go back, we will be booking this property again. Don't look for anything better, you won't find it!

Nicely converted space above a garage that had privacy and everything you need for a weekend getaway. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the overall space was nice. Excellent location in a charming neighborhood that provided a nice walk to where the action is. Very peaceful and quiet at night.

I think its new on the VRBO network. Very comfortable bed. Nice furniture. The issues were minor. Didn't find an email since I could share this privately since overall it was a great stay. I'd like to see a couple of towel racks/hooks in the bathroom. It would also be desirable to have a luggage rack or 2 so we wouldn't have to use the cushioned bench at the foot of the bed. Also, we are so dependent on cable we couldn't easily use the Roku or whatever portal is used for TV. I would imagine we are in the minority now for TV viewing. Overall, 2 thumbs up.

My husband and I enjoyed a quick trip to Stillwater together. We not only enjoyed our time around town, but here at the Holcombe Loft. What a lovely little place to snuggle up by the fire, watch a movie, and simply relax. Couldn’t have asked for a better property or experience!!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Holcombe loft! It was a perfect location for us: close to downtown, but not right in the middle of all the action. The place is beautifully remodeled and everything was spotless. We loved the extra heat from the gas fireplace. We would definitely stay here again, winter or summer.
