If I could rate this property with 100 Stars I would!! It was so clean that I thought we were the first people to ever stay there. It had everything we needed and more. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. Very spacious and even had a furnished patio for extra space. Easy access for 3 cars and a garage! The host replied quickly and was way more than accommodating to adjust for our “iffy” checkout dates. Thank you thank you!!

We were thrilled with this cute house. Keep it in mind if someone in your party has mobility issues as there are no steps or stairs. We were able to put our vehicle in the garage during a storm. We appreciated that we had everything needed, but the house was not filled with useless doodads. We did think that luggage racks might be considered. If you d not like a firm bed you might consider bringing a bed topper with you. The home was amazingly clean! This was a wonderful place to stay and the owner should be so proud.

We booked this property to stay the weekend in Fayetteville and celebrate my son's graduation. We had rooms for all the family to stay that wanted to and have guests over after graduation for a family celebration. The property was very clean, and the open floor plan was perfect for this occasion. I have another son that will graduate in 3 years and plan to be back again!

This house is excellent in every way! So easy to communicate with the owner, super bright and cheerful with light paint in plenty of windows. It was sparkling clean. Our family values superior cleanliness, and this did not disappoint! Cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in . Fully equipped, and even a bonus of Keurig Coffee pods. don’t miss this one!

We recently spent 2 weeks here while visiting family in Fayetteville. It truly was a home away from home. The house is very clean and comfortable. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to restaurants, grocery stores, and Starbucks! The property manager was great. He responded quickly to any questions we had, and he even came over and shoveled the driveway after a snowstorm! We will definitely stay here again anytime we are in Fayetteville. Highly recommend!

Best VRBO to date!

We travel a lot for baseball tournaments so staying in a VRBO is ideal for us. This place has been the best to date! Neighborhood is quiet and new. House has everything you could need and then some. Close to stores and restaurants. Manager was extremely accommodating. Will stay there again jn a heart beat!

My husband and two friends stayed in this house while visiting Arkansas for spring break. The house was new and very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. It was a short drive to the University and Dickson Street. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with almost everything you need. We would’ve liked if it had an iron/ironing board and hair dryers as we had to go out and purchase those. Our friends stayed in the guest bedroom and mentioned it would have been nice to have a dresser and lamp. However, we were all very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend booking this house. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

What’s not to love about this brand new house? It was perfect for our family! The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels in the bathrooms, all the essentials (soap, detergent, trash bags) to get you thru a weekend. If it had been warm enough, we would have loved to take advantage of the patio and bbq! Brandon was very easy to deal with and accommodating. Check in and check out was simple—no need to do half of the cleaning at check out like places ask you to! I definitely recommend this house! It’s close to Centennial Park, restaurants, and grocery stores. Book it now if you’re headed to Fayetteville for bike races at Centennial Park!
