Please inquire for special monthly rates! This 910sf 2-story 2 bedrooms/2 baths townhouse is pet-friendly (extra fees apply)! Featuring eclectic living/dining room, kitchen, 2 balconies and a patio, it is only a few steps away from the Oceano dunes and walking trails, and is beautifully set right by a park and the Oceano lagoon. Walking distance to store and restaurants, parking right by front door. Private pilots can fly-in and walk across the airport parking lot to the home. The space With a “skies meet the ocean” theme, the space is equipped for the aviation enthusiast and their family/friends, as much as for beach-loving families or friends who are wanting to stay steps away from the water and the park and lagoon, where the kids and/or pets can play after a day at the beach. (Note: only registered guests are allowed on the property. No entertaining, visiting, etc. on the premises. Quiet time after 10pm. Occupancy policy violations will cause cancellation without refund, and charges for additional unregistered persons). Sit on one of the balconies and watch the sunset with a glass of wine, or have breakfast and a cup of coffee on the patio. Both bedrooms will charm you and invite you to rest and relaxation. The eclectic living/dining area with roku TV, comfy couch and dining set for 4, will give you a space to enjoy each other’s company while watching a favorite show, or just catch up with each other while having a simple meal together. The available wifi will make remote working or streaming a breeze. The kitchen is equipped for basic meal preparation with a gas stove and OTR microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster and pod-coffee maker. (Please note: No guest-supplied appliances are to be used.) The two bathrooms are stocked with toiletries and towels for your use during your stay. Guest access The entire townhouse is accessible to the guest. Other things to note -Walking distance from Oceano airport for the private pilot. -Only 1 parking stall is available for all guests. Additional vehicles MUST park on the street outside of the complex. Violators might be towed. -We are pet-friendly and you are encouraged to bring your pup for a small daily additional fee and a small extra cleaning fee. If you, however, have issues with finding an occasional dog hair, please book elsewhere. If you have pet allergies, please book elsewhere. The property is monitored by alarm system cameras at entry/exit points for your safety. Alarm system can be armed/disarmed by owner at your request.

Loved staying at this place! Although not within walking distance to Pismo Beach - Oceano Dunes is very close and a super fun experience for sure! Easy drive to Pismo - parking was easy everywhere. All dog and kid friendly! The large park across from the property is a plus!

The location is amazing. It's close to San Luis Obispo but also sits near a beach. The owner called me the morning after we arrived to ensure we had everything we needed and told me to let her know if she could do anything. Outstanding! I would definitely suggest asking ahead of time if there are things you require for cooking, as this place is pretty basic. You might need to bring some odds and ends.

My husband, our dog, and I stayed here for several months for work, the space was well cared for and Heike communicated very well and was very accommodating to our needs. The space is beautiful and is a very close walk to the beach! We enjoyed our time here very much!

Townhouse was very clean & comfortable for our family of 4. The owner was easy to work with & was responsive to all my questions. It was a short walk to the beach & to a couple of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!

Loved my time here. Faves: quaint little courtyard in back, perfect for yoga and workouts, beautiful landscaping.; comfy master bed; comfy couch; beautifully decorated; kind neighbors; walking distance to beach and parks.; Master bath on the small side. Very much enjoyed staying here.

This location was very dirty and unkept, both upstairs balconies and downstairs patio were really dirty and full of dog hair, under the couch and beds were also full of dust and dog hair, the condo itself needs work inside, the owner had the audacity to charge a fee for leaving dishes drying and claims a sticky kitchen floor, we paid over $900 for the weekend and he wanted us to mop and clean, ridiculous never again will we use this place and I suggest you shouldn't either.
