There are four bedrooms and three baths and a 6-person Hot Tub. The fourth bedroom is located upstairs with its own bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower, it’s a private getaway! This beautiful home offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dinette area, coffee and wine bar, two living areas and four Smart TVs to enjoy streaming your favorite shows and WIFI throughout. All the bath, bed linens and beach towels are provided. We also have beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas and boogie boards to make for a fun beach day for everyone .Fun Fact: Bring you furry babies, if you go south on Cocoa Beach from the Fourth Street entrance after 5:00pm. The enclosed patio is perfect for dining al fresco and just taking in the views after a day at the beach. An outdoor grill/BBQ is available. The 6-person hot-tub is a great place to relax on a quiet evening. Two kayaks are available onsite and ready when you are. The boat dock will be operational with prior approval, a signed liability waiver and receipt of refundable deposit of $500 prior to check-in. Parking in the driveway for up to four cars. We also have two bikes with helmets at your disposal NOTE: Guests must sign the kayak and hot tub liability waivers prior to arrival day.
