Nestled in Stafford Township, this attractive house for £787 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Welcome to this stunning 7 bedroom, 3.5 bath beach house on the lagoon with an added powder room with a sink! Enjoy an extended family vacation sipping wine watching the sunset over the waterfront. First floor contains a queen bedroom with a Jack and Jill full bath adjoining into a family room for family fun night with two couches one being a queen sleeper sofa!, living room, dining room, island kitchen with separate breakfast nook as well as a sunroom overlooking the water and a half bath. The second floor contains the master suite (king sized bed with master bath with a steam shower), 4 bedrooms with queen size beds and a perfect kids suite which is 2 adjoining rooms. One of the adjoined rooms has a bunk bed (twin over full) and a separate twin. The second adjoined room has a bunk bed (twin over full), the full bath and the powder room with a sink. The house has been renovated and has all brand new plush mattresses, brand new furniture, brand new appliances, and 9 brand new TVs. Second floor also boasts amazing water view off a small nook where you can play board games, read a book or just relax. Off of that is an outdoor balcony. The yard contains a small deck and a lower deck off the dock. Enjoy the paddle boards and kayaks in the lagoon. Please always use life jackets when going in the lagoon. Life jackets are located in the the deck box. (Kayaks and Paddle Boards are available from April through October). Basketball hoop in driveway! Due to sanitary reasons, no bedding, comforters, sheets or towels will be supplied! Please bring your own. ONLY PILLOWS WILL BE SUPPLIED! Enjoy a day at the beach at LBI just minutes away.

My family and freinds came down to see a Christmas play in Beach Haven for only one night and it was lovely! Place is very organized and clean and Gina couldn't have been more easy to reach and very accomodating. I hope we can come back down in the summer so we can enjoy all of the amenities.

13 Adults stayed over the weekend for a familly wedding. Plenty of room, quiet location with kayaks and paddle boards. The place was well equipped and the owner emailed me in advance to make sure that all of our needs would be met. The family all loved the place and we would happily stay there again.

We loved this house!!! Had a mini weekend for my husband's 40th birthday and the house was gorgeous! Unfortunately we had a noreaster hit while we were there but we made the most of it! House was very spacious that we did not feel crammed inside all weekend. Close to all major stores, and still feels away from everything and private. Very clean house and loved the bathtub in the master! Thank you so much!

We cannot say enough about this home. The owner thought of everything you could possibly need. Things we didn’t even expect to have in the kitchen...The home is beautiful inside and out. More than enough room for our family vacation. Gina is super responsive with responding to messages and never seemed annoyed with my many questions. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a family wedding on Bonnet Island. Property was clean and self check-in was easy. Communication with the owner was good. Still don't understand that the linens/towels are not included but that was communicated to us before-hand.

Beautiful home and great communication with the owner. Everything was clean, well maintained and the location was nice. The house does not come with linens (which I think is strange but I was told it is a Jersey shore thing by friends who live in the area and the owner alerted me of this before we arrived). I would stay here again!

The home is warm and welcoming. The kitchen is nicely stocked. and the home has several comfortable seating areas, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. It was a lovely open space. A great place for a large family party. Thank you to our hosts for providing such a great place to stay.

As soon as I stepped into the home I was met with breathtaking views of the lagoon in the back of the house. It was exactly what we needed for a family wedding being held on Long Beach Island. (Part of my family lives in the area of the house that is why we didn’t stay on the island). There were 14 of us and there was plenty of room and seating. The home os well cared for and beautifully decorated. I would definitely recommend this home for a large family event. It is a little further from the beach then I anticipated but still only a few minutes to the bridge. Thank you for the use of your wnderf house.

Property was in such a nice location. Host was very generous. Spacious home on the water great for relaxing. Close to restaurants and shopping. Best part was the cool deck. Spent most of our time on deck enjoying boats going by. Great way to catch up with family. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We decided to do a family vacation at Gina’s home and it was better than the pictures. A large house and great amount of space for all 10 of us. The house was decorated and renovated very well and was very clean. Gina had everything you needed - from paddle boards and kayaks to beach chairs and toys for the kids. She was extremely reliable and able to get in contact with us whenever we needed to. Location is perfect as well with a 10 min drive to LBI. Would definitely stay again!

Gina's house was the perfect house for our multigenerational family vacation. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed to have a wonderful week. Gina is an amazing host and is so friendly and helpful. Every one had their own space in the house and we all enjoyed swimming , paddle boarding and kayaking in the lagoon. The beaches at Long Beach Island were an easy short drive away. We would definitely stay here again!

Spent a 4 day girls weekend in early June. The house is beautiful - on a nice quiet street with plenty of driveway parking. Great restaurants all within a 5-10 minute drive. The owner was super helpful and very responsive to any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay there again!

The house was very nice and fit our family perfectly. Enjoyed our stay but just wished the beds had pillows and blankets as this weekend was rainy and cold. We brought our own sheets and towels but missed that we needed pillows and blankets. Would definitely rent again.

Great stay, lots of space as described ! Clean facilities. Had to bring sheets and pillows which was part of instructions so we were prepared! Only issue was their was no garbage bags and we had to bring our own toilet paper/paper towels because the host was unsure if there was any left. Overall great!

This property was incredible! Met and exceeded every expectation myself and all of the other guests had!!! VERY clean, huge, nice quiet safe location, very comfortable!! The host Gina was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early and was also quick and easily accessible for any questions. House is absolutely amazing and on the water. So much space to allow everyone to hang out and sleep. Living space was so clean with amazing views of the canal in the backyard.
