Surrounded by big skies with views. 30 minutes away from San Francisco, 15 mins away from Berkeley, and 25 mins away from Napa. THE SPACE: -The house is a 4 bedroom/2.5 bath with 3 queen beds, twin bed with trundle, and a sofa bed. The bedrooms are located upstairs. -There is a foosball table -Washer and dryer - Coffee maker, microwave, toaster -Iron and board - Bathrooms include body wash and Shampoo - There are two 65” 4K smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom -Small propane BBQ grill - Wifi and Netflix - Pool is not heated. GUEST ACCESS: - Guests will have access to the entire property - Key box at the front door. Guests will be sent the check-in information the day before. HOUSE RULES: - No parties, No smoking. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. We do ask guests to respect quiet hours after 9PM. Note: - The POOL is NOT heated - There are cameras that record the exterior.
