Public Beach entrances are easily accessible, too. THE SPACE Standard occupancy is 8, sleeps 10 by use of the sleeper sofa. There is room to park 2 cars and a golf cart. Bedroom layout: Main level - Primary Bedroom (TV) with a King bed and adjoining bathroom. Bunk bedroom (TV) twin size bunk beds. Guest bathroom with shower located off the living area. Queen Sleeper sofa (TV in family room). Upstairs - Guest Bedroom 1 (TV), Queen bed with adjoining bathroom, combo tub/shower. Guest Bedroom 2 (TV) hall bathroom with combo tub/shower. Open landing with a desk. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a single serve and drip style coffee maker. An outdoor shower is on the side of the house to rinse of sandy toes. The back deck has an outdoor grill, heater for chilly nights, and Hotspring Hot Tub. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.
