Nestled in Granite Shoals, this attractive house for £211 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Summer Breeze is the perfect place to get away from it all and just relax. Situated in a quiet cove Summer Breeze has some of the best views around. A large yard with plenty of open space for kids to run, this three bedroom home is ready for your friends and family to make memories on lake LBJ. The upper deck is covered and spacious and is a great place to have coffee in the morning, or drinks in the evening and enjoy the beauty that Lake LBJ has to offer. Upon entry in the home you will find a full kitchen will all of the supplies you'll need to whip up a great meal for your group. There is a table with seating for four in the kitchen as well. To the right upon entry there is a large sectional sofa, and smart tv, a great place for movies and relaxation. The master bedroom is directly off the kitchen and has a king size bed and tv smart tv on the wall. The bathroom is in between the two upstairs bedrooms and is complete with a shower and vanity. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and is off of the living room. After you walk out the deck and down the stairs outside you will find the entry to the first floor bedroom. The upstairs and downstairs are independent and do not connect. Downstairs the first floor bedroom has two daybeds with trundles underneath and a queen size bed as well. A large hd tv on the wall, and a small refrigerator as well as a full bathroom. The full washer and dryer are also located in this room, stacked in a closet in the corner. A new hot tub is just off the bottom patio! Outside there is plenty of room to run with a large yard. There is a fire pit near the water and a dock on the water, perfect for sitting hand having drinks or doing some sun bathing. The dock is perfect for sunbathing, fishing or just relaxing and swimming. The water in this cove is only about 4 feet deep, so it is a great place for people of all ages to swim. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times for this home is 10 guests. We manage several nearby rental properties and therefore often have staff in the area. Please come and have a good time, but remember that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive to surrounding neighbors will result in you forfeiting the remainder of your stay. There is a limit of 3 vehicles unless otherwise approved. NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES

Me and all my family loved our stay, is kind of hard to reach out to someone if you have questions but other than that is perfect. Nice comfy beds, stock kitchen and restrooms. Thank you and will be coming again

This is not a very fancy house, but it was clean, nice and work perfect for us to be able to walk down and meet up with family who's house is just down the street.The house is also reasonable priced compared to others in the area. The hot tub was a great addition too. The only thing I would recommend is to have the mowing service come when guest are not staying in the house.

The location of this property in the cove was perfect. The views were unobstructed. The house was great for what we needed. Kids stayed downstairs in the separate area and my husband, me and my older daughter were in the upstairs section with two rooms, one bath and kitchen. The entire house was completely stocked. Overall, great location, priced appropriately, and we all had a great relaxing week here. The listing mentions a kayak but there is not one available for use onsite. Took 12 hours for property manager to respond to inaccurate Wi-Fi login. But didn’t deter us from enjoying our stay.

The house has everything you need to settle in for some lakeside fun! Very clean with new linens and all of the kitchen and bathroom basics provided. Many locations to hang out with plenty of cozy furniture on the upper deck, lower patio, fire pit and dock! Everywhere you turn there's a nice place to sit and enjoy the view.

Home was dirty with dog hair. Hornets nests on both patios that bit several of us. Also hornets nest in red umbrella at dock. Constant fight to keep bees away. Patio furniture is dirty with food and spills. Hole in yard and my husband fell and twisted his ankle and cut his knee. Master bedroom is very small. Barely space to walk around bed. Wall A/C made loud clicking noise in guest room. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO rentals and this one is way over priced for what it has to offer. It is a nice quiet cove of water but lodging is not great! There were several reviews on this location of cleanliness and 5 stars but I just noticed now that they were all on the same day of which tells me they are fake reviews.

Weve had the pleasure of staying at this property on two summer holidays. The kids had a great time canoeing on the quiet lake cove! The back porch or pier is an amazing place to watch the sunset! The home and property are clean and comfortable. Its an amazing lake view!!

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate a promotion. This Lake house has everything you need, even the stuff you didnt know you needed. Owners are very polite and eggar to help in any way possible. Great location being right on the water, perfect for familys or friends!

We came in from Austin for a quick weekend getaway. You can't beat the location on the water. The deck and dock were awesome and the entire outdoor space was great. We rented a boat from one of the places in town. They dropped it off and picked it up so it was super easy. The interior of the house was nice and very clean, which I always appreciate. We spent pretty much the whole time outside and even used the firepit one night. Good times were had by all!
