Nestled in Osage Beach, this attractive house for £589 per night is a great option for your next break. Pack your bags and bring your family and friends to "The Anchor House" lakeside retreat. This 2 level ranch home has tons of living space. With 5 bedrooms, 2 family areas and 4 outdoor living spaces you will be able to spread out, relax and enjoy your time away. One of the best things about "The Anchor House" is it's fantastic location. Located in the heart of Osage Beach, you are just minutes from tons of great restaurants, shops and attractions by land or water. Some of the restaurants include Backwater Jacks, Dog Days, Shorty Pants, Redheads, and Margaritaville to name a few, all on the lake. Off the lake there are many more fantastic choices just minutes away. Want to do some shopping? The outlet mall is a 5 minute drive! There's also great shopping on Bagnell Dam minutes away. Forgot to bring drinks for your trip? Grocery store is just a couple minutes down the road. If you want to rent a boat or PWC, there are handful of places to do so close by. In addition you will find waterpark, horseback riding, go kart tracks, put-put golf, laser tag, ice cream shops and many more recreational spots a very short drive away. Just a couple minutes off HWY 54, travel is easy from KC, St Louis or Columbia. *********** Special Note: This a new listing however we are not new to hosting at Lake of the Ozarks. Our previous listing had 49 reviews in 3 seasons of vacation stays with a 4.95 star average rating (see the last images of the Anchor House for a sampling of those reviews). Book with confidence knowing you will be taken care of. Contact info for any help needed before, during or after a stay will be sent before arrival. The "Anchor House" is located in a peaceful neighborhood in Osage Beach. There are often times deer that wander around the area and can be seen at times while driving to the home or in the lot next to the home.. "The Anchor House" has ample parking with 2 parking spots directly in front of the garage and 3 more spots in a dedicated parking area for the home off the street. If that's not enough there is room for more vehicles curbside on the street. The main levl living room boasts a 65" curved screen TV and large seating area which serves as the perfect spot to relax after a long day on the lake. The lower level living area offers another 65" TV, a bar and plenty of seating. Great space to hang out, watch TV, or play games. The bedrooms each have their own TV and streaming capabilities for access to hundreds of movies and TV shows. In addition, each bed and bathroom are furnished with fresh linens and towels for hotel quality living. The large bunk room has a multitude of board games including an oversized Jenga, and many classics that you probably played while growing up. There's also an X-Box available for any gamers that make the trip. The kitchen at the Anchor House is fully stocked with everything you need to cook or bake. It comes equipped with slate stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Next to the kitchen is a large dining table that seats 10 or more. The upper deck is right off the dining/kitchen area and has french doors that open directly to the deck area. On the deck there is a large dining table and and stainless steel propane grill. Being close to the dining/kitchen area makes it easy to BBQ. The large lower deck is a perfect place for relaxing on the bistro tables. . There's even space to play bags/cornhole while enjoying the beautiful lake view. Speaking of the view, the views off both decks are amazing. The surrounding trees offer the right amount of shade and privacy, while keeping the great views of the beautiful cove in tact. By the water there is another deck area with more seating and a large firepit area right off the deck. Just a few steps off the deck by the water is a 2 slip dock with large swim platform. One slip is available to guests to tie up boats or jet skis while staying. There is another large dining table on the dock for hanging out and watching people swim off the swim platform, or to relax and enjoy being on the water. There are plenty of water toys for enjoying the water including, air rafts, kayaks, and a large lily pad for on the lake lounging. There are also decorative lights on the dock and stairway to the dock so you can hang out on the dock at night as well.

The house was clean and the views were amaziing. We had everything we needed. The tram thing going down to the dock was nice. The hosts were on top of things, although we had no troubles with the house. We all enjoyed the house very much. The ping-pong table got used a lot as did the games the dominoes and cards.

Don't hesitate to book this one! The layout of the house makes it spacious for everyone. The kitchen and bathrooms have modern touches. There's endless space outside on the decks but the dock is the shining star. We spent most of our time down there playing games. Access to groceries and restaurants is less than a 5 minute drive away.

We loved this house and the location was great for the activieies we had planned. The house comes with everything you need to feel comfy. The owers were very accomodating and responded to messages quickly. The only concern was our last day, there were a hive bees in a bush near the front enterance and multiple people were stung. Nothing an exterminator couldnt fix. Everything else was absolutely perfect.

The perfect place!! Whether you’re with friends or family, this place is amazing. Great location, awesome amenities, and hosts that are so easy to contact and work with. My group had plenty of room to spread out. The dock was wonderful and the kayaks were an extra bonus. The home itself was just what we were looking for. We will be booking this place again! Can’t wait! Oh one last thing the master bed was one of the comfiest beds ever, I felt like a queen when I woke up 👑

There were 9 of us staying & we had plenty of room to gather together as well as spend time apart as needed. The dock is the best - plenty of sun but also covered for those who wanted shade. Made a little fire for s’mores at the edge of the water one evening. All beds were very comfortable. Convenient to have washer & dryer. Kitchen was well stocked & propane grill worked well. Location is easy to find & near grocery stores. We would definitely visit again if we have another large group!

My niece got married last weekend and we wanted to continue the family visit. I found garret and Tiffany’s beautiful lake home and realized it had chair-escalator going down to the dock and lake. That was the main reason we chose this lake home, since my elderly parents were joining us. We arrived and found the property to be exactly as described and very homey. Everyone raced to scout out the bedrooms and all were satisfied. There are multiple places to sit and lounge between the multiple balconies, patios and of course the dock. We floated on the lilly pad and took the kayaks out multiple days. The water was serene and surprisingly not cold! We made friends with a family of geese who came to visit while we enjoyed our coffee in the morning. Overall, a wonderful family vacation at a fantastic home! Thank you Garrett and Tiffany. Bonnie😊

10 women in their 40s stayed at this property and cannot say enough good things about it! In my opinion the first and foremost thing about staying at a rental property is how are the beds? And I can attest that they are wonderful! Everyone commented on how comfortable they were which is huge when you are staying away from home.
The house is really spacious and can accommodate a lot of people. The dock is lovely, the decks are great. Just an overall wonderful property. OK the driveway is a little scary but it’s nice that they have parking up on the road. Lol! The owners responded quickly when we were communicating with them. We Highly recommend this property

This was a great home to host 5 families. Perfect size and lots of room where you didn’t feel cramped. The location in a cove was also ideal to allow everyone to float in the lake without being rocked by waves from the main channel. Definitely would stay again.

We loved our stay! The house was very nice and was able to accommodate our large family of 15. The location was on the lake and we were able to bring the pontoon.

Great Outdoor Space
We come down to the Ozarks for a family vacation for the last few years. All my siblings, my parents and their families. The outdoor space at the Anchor House is fantastic. We had so much fun riding the kayaks around the cove, jumping off of the diving board and playing on the lily pad. We spent most of our time outside. The kids and guys loved fishing off the dock. The tram was wonderful for hauling items from the dock back up to the house and just in general it was nice to have. The house was a nice size and the beds were comfortable. I appreciate the ROKU and Amazon sticks in each bedroom, it was nice when calming down the children at night. Garrett was wonderful to work with. He answered any questions we had, checked in on us when we arrived and took care of any issues right away. Very much had a great time.

Great Stay On The Lake
Garrett was a great host and was even able to let us check in an hour early! The property had plenty of room for 12 of us. The property is a great location. We were 10 minutes from our tee time at ozark National and were 5 min away from The Getaway boat rental and we even were able to have the boat pick up/drop off most of our group right at the dock. Definitely will look to stay here again the next time I’m in Lake of the Ozarks.

Breathtaking surprise!
This property plain and simple under promises and over delivers. While we knew it was super nice, once we were there, it was very shocking. Beautiful views, great house layout, plenty of things to do even if you don't go out. With the tram to go up and down the hill, this makes it easy for anyone to stay here, even those who may or may not be able to get up and down hills easily. Beautiful property, even in the off-season. Very attentive owners as well! I rate this six out of five stars!
