Welcome to the "Latitude Adjustment" condo, a beautiful place with amazing ocean and marina views. The condo is in an immaculate Mediterranean-style gated community of PeñaMar which has a guard station that is occupied 24 hours a day. The condo is very comfortable, extremely clean, and tastefully decorated. Every room is airconditioned and well-furnished. The kitchen is well-appointed if you feel like cooking. Washer and Dryer combo in unit. But the best feature is the balcony, where you can hang out and enjoy the sea and marina view. Enjoy all the different colors of water and watching all the boats and sailboats going back and forth. Or, kick back and stream content on a large HD smart TV. Oh, did we mention that PeñaMar has a power plant that kicks in if there is a power outage so you will have power no matter what? 2 assigned parking spots are available to our guests. Working from home? We got you covered with high-speed internet and a workstation with a big monitor so you don't have to squint at your laptop. Want to hang out at the pool? Choose from 3 pools on the property. Hang out at the infinity pool, where you can also soak in the hot tub, go to the pool with the slide, or hang out at the sailboat-shaped pool! There is also a well-equipped gym, tennis courts and a basketball court. The location is unbeatable. Across the street is Villa Marina, where you can find jet-ski and catamaran tours that take you snorkeling in the translucent waters of Icacos and Palomino. Some of the best restaurants and bars in Fajardo are either within walking distance or a short drive from the location. Seven Seas beach and the bioluminescent bay are 5 minutes away. 10 miles away is Ceiba, where you can take a very cheap ferry to Vieques or Culebra. Or, drive 15 miles to El Yunque National Forest.

This is a nice unit and a good property. Great location if you are doing things around this area of the island. Secure property and unit is well stocked. We did not need anything while we were there but we had a couple general questions and the owner was easy to reach and responsive. Great view from the balcony, the pools are nice, and the gym is good.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Very specious, cozy, clean, safe secure, and an amazing beautiful view. Thank you for the hospitality. We definitely recommend it.

This was absolutely the best VRBO that I’ve ever stayed in. The owners attention to detail and amenities offered are amazing. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine into the spacious three bedroom two bathroom condo in Fajardo. The lanai has a beautiful view of the mountains, the marina and bay and the pool. Ocean views for miles. It is conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants and a short drive to grocery stores, shops, and additional restaurants. The apartment itself is fully stocked with kitchen supplies, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, beach towels, beach chairs I mean everything you could think of that you would need on vacation. The neighbor next-door is an absolute doll. She was so sweet and welcoming. There are three pools on the property, a fitness center and extremely secure grounds. I would absolutely recommend this condo if you are visiting PR. It’s only 40 minutes to old San Juan, 15 minutes to El Yunque and a short drive to several beaches.

The place was perfect. Very few minor things the property can fix but other than that it was perfect. Use VBRO app to get to the property or google maps, Apple Maps will take you somewhere else.

This was a beautiful, clean and well stocked property! The complex was safe and had 3 great pools and a gym. Great communication from the owner. I would absolutely stay in this property again!

The condo and property were secure, well kept and spacious, just perfect for 2 of us plus 2 adult children and spouses, total of 6. We stayed for 13 days and made ample use of the Tennis/Basketball courts and 3 swimming pools as well as local attractions. The hosts, Hammad and Maria describe the local amenities accurately... some restaurants within walking distance, groceries a short drive away. El Yunque, beaches and ferries to Calebra/Vieques and many other restaurants close by and weather always great of course. Hammad was super responsive with questions and info on the facility and local area. Great vacation thx.

The condo was laid out well and was quiet. It was decorated nicely and had a well appointed kitchen. Having a washer and dryer was very nice. The beach equipment was helpful. The pools and courts were well maintained. We felt very secure there. The condo was central to a lot of activities. The only draw back was the smell of the rotting seaweed that we were not expecting and was out of the owner’s control. Excellent stay overall.

Family vacation 2022
Even though the condo was beautiful and clean spending time I’m the balcony was not really doable due to the smell of sewage. Also, there should be at least 2 sets of keys if there’s a family of four do due key being needed for everything and sometimes not everyone wants to go out at the same time. Overall the apartment itself was great with all amenities that you need.

My family and me enjoyed everyday in the morning and night the beautiful view from the balcony, that view is priceless. Also the apartment has everything that you may need, from beach chairs to detergent . Also the check in and check out was really easy. We are looking to go back to Fajardo and of course to this beautiful apartment.

Great experience overall! The property is secure and well maintained. This unit was the best so far when compared to other villas we have stayed at during trips to Puerto Rico. We have been to Fajardo before; never ventured on this side of the marina and was impressed with everything along the shore line. The unit was as advertised and well equipped. The view from the patio was wonderful and both mother and wife enjoyed the experience....lots of time spent relaxing and enjoying the view. Love our trips to Puerto Rico and this was definitely a refreshing experience!

The apartment is perfectly equipped with all that is needed. The property offers three pools, 1/2 hoop court, tennis court. There is a hot tub in the larger pool, but was under work repair. You are less than 1 mile from great excursion company, that is a must.. Sail Getaways!!

This condominium was perfectly prepared for a traveller and was maintained in an extra high level of care beyond our very high expectations. We had a small maintenance problem which was very quickly repaired without any delay or interruption to our stay. Don't hesitate to select this condo since it will meet all your expectations within a very secure and upscale environment at Pena Mar Beach Club, a very desirable location on the ocean with very beautiful views. Though the facility is on the ocean, it is not on its own beach. However, Fajardo has some amazing beaches nearby that are easy to get to and that are very special though some require a walk to the beach from the parking lot.

This condominium was perfectly prepared for a traveller and was maintained in an extra high level of care beyond our very high expectations. We had a small maintenance problem which was very quickly repaired without any delay or interruption to our stay. Don't hesitate to select this condo since it will meet all your expectations within a very secure and upscale environment at Pena Mar Beach Club, a very desirable location on the ocean with very beautiful views. Though the facility is on the ocean, it is not on its own beach. However, Fajardo has some amazing beaches nearby that are easy to get to and that are very special though some require a walk to the beach from the parking lot.

We booked this condo for a week for our family (party of 5) and it was amazing! The condo is beautiful and well equipped, Hammad and Maria did an amazing job. The condo is very comfortable, rooms are spacious, everything was super clean and beautifully decorated. Our favorite part was to lounge on the balcony at night.
we had everything we needed and then some! Everything from towels, beach chairs, toiletries, detergents I mean they thought of every little detail! We had a list of things to buy at a nearby Walmart but once we checked in and realized that most of the things on the list were already there was huge.
There are 3 pools, tennis and basketball courts, the marina is right across from us and the views are amazing.
We did a lot of activities, the drives ranged between 30-40 depending on where you'd like to go but for us it was the perfect location. Beach was nearby, as well as a river which was about 20 mins away.
Hammad was very attentive, and answer all of our questions in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this location, trust me you will not regret it!
I can't wait to go back!
